I have trouble working out this kind of problem do you have any tips to help? A patient Ventricular fibrillation is prescribed with bretylium 5 mcg/kg/min. The medication comes mixed 50mg in 50mL of 0.9% normal saline. The patient’s weight is 170 lbs. How much of the medication will you administer per hour? I got this question wrong because i just couldnt work it out for some reason
