We’re on this earth such a short time. But if you can live your life so happily, surrounding with plants and wonders of nature , that’s quite rewarding. 👍
WOW, no words, I'm on serious overload...and one of the reasons I moved to the tropics of Florida...so much to learn and eat...and that bamboo...oi vey...!
I would stay in that tree house -forget the hotel. We tend to forget the sheer variety of plants -many yet to be discovered -that are native to the tropics and can thrive there. That place is beautiful!
I'm loving this video Fellas ! My passion ! I'm old school like Tommy ! South Merritt enjoys many of the same fruit you are growing there like Guava , pineapple , sapodilla, Sapote, Mango, Avacado Papaya , longan, barbados cherry , Surinam cherry , many bananas varieties , many citrus . Pomegranate , lychee , loquat , cocoanut , tamarind , attimoya , passion fruit, several others !
His eyes smile, great man appreciate the work Pete and getting the word out... Beautiful place , great video once again, Appreciate the wise words Tommy...Much ♥️ From South Texas... 👊🏼✌🏼
Pete please go back and do another video. Loved part 1, then part 2 kills it!! Such a beautiful place to visit. I love all your Costa Rica tours, keep them coming!! Thanks 😊 🙏
I am impressed by your collection of medicinal plants. I am watching from Ward No. 6 of Banshkhali Municipal Headquarters, Chittagong, Bangladesh. Congratulations, I wish you good health and a long life.
I listened to this video with my headphones while 12 planting fruit trees in my food forest forest and then had to come in and sit down and watch it again bc it was so educational and wonderful! Thanks for being such an inspiration Pete!
Tom I love your farm you help confirm my contention that the earth can heal. I have a small fruit farm here in Thailand you make wish I did this 30yrs ago for you out there I say do this before age 70 but if you are 70 I still recommend it.
@@PeteKanarisGreenDreamsFL I daresay you enjoyed it more actually being there! Love your channel, Pete! I have gotten curious as to your own philosophy in regards to permaculture, working with nature, biomimicry and all that... and how something like this project fits into that overall desire to live healthy, regenerative lives with this gorgeous planet? I laughed out loud watching one video where you allude to the permaculture police! Thanks for all the great work you do, all the great vids. Keep growin on dude!
Great video. I've always wanted to go to Costa Rica and See Kaypacha Astrology week long class. Now I have another reason to go to Costa Rica. Thank you for sharing!
OMG, all these disidious plants and varied species, medicinal & health enhancing & @$$holes out there are killing them off for monoculture crops for a quick buck. These trips are priceless, Pete! Thanks loads.
This place is amazing. So many varieties. In the previous video I found all the different psychedelics incredible as well as the medicinal garden here.
Wow!!! Amazing! That's what I have been dreaming of when I retire from work. Thank you very much for posting. Maybe someday I gonna come and visit this place. Take care and be blessed.
Amazing video. Funny I thought at 23:30 that my Chillhop youtube video automatically started in another tab but realized the video got that much better. Good people, good plants, AND good music :)
Pete - you just keep putting out amazing content - this tour was truly epic! (in the midst of all the joy in this video, I felt a tug of sadness when I heard that Tommy's resort was slated to open around Feb 2020 ... )
That plant in 28:44, that is a type of Yam, air yam to be exact, we call it Ube in Philippines. The common variety is the purple yam, but there is a wild white yam that is very rare and way tasty than the purple one.
That Stick Like Seed Pod they are tasting at 11 minutes in is called "Tinkin Foot" in my country. It smells really bad like someone with Athletes foot. Another great video Pete.
Beautiful Antherium I have a couple in my collection fairly common in the states ! What he grown are medicinal and herbs but costa Rica is better known for their Bromeliads ! Several thousand species ! More than any other country on the planet !
Really cool, great addtl. tid bits of herbal info I didn't know, too. Would like to know if there's a northern ( Wisconsin, USA ) equivalent to the dragon's blood for working quite like that, so well, for gingivitis. BTW - I think u look great without hair, Pete - tho I'm sorry u didn't to choose that, u do look great this way.
