Nice DIY. Might want to come up with a way to tuck the top part out of the way, I imagine it will come down in different directions after full articulation. Don’t want it binding up in other suspension aspects!

Not the way I would have done it. Let us know how many pins you shear off or bend.

So far none! Those pins are rated for over 1k lbs in shear and I have them in a double shear configuration. Should be just fine

What was the diameter of that tubing?

7/8” .120 wall. If I had to do it again I’d get tube with an id a bit closer to 1/2” as there was a lot of play that made welding it a challenge.
