Just got the pieces for this deck, have played against it a couple times. Things I learned from watching you: Harbinger is way better than I expected. Drown is probably a cut. Might need to add another Pierce. Great video!
At 32:48 if you discarded then you would have had two lethal attackers in the air, which would win through push and bowmaster, anyhow they also could have had soul spike or something so you probably were right
personally, however, I think that frogtide will dominate modern, simply changing the cards based on the meta… it's such a versatile deck that you can do anything with it
Thoughts on Inquisition? I go back and forth on it currently. Feels great to grab a piece of interaction before playing frog or murk, but otherwise feels super dead
I guess you have to think about it the other way around: A bad spell is a good spell to discard. 😂 I personally find myself in a spot where I don't want to discard anything to frog. An Inquisition is most likely an instant discard.
May be a necessary evil against Boros Energy and it's not the worst against Nadu or Jeskai Control. Otherwise, in a deck like this, not a fan either. Worst case, it pumps the Frog.
The only thing I changed when trying this deck was to remove the two archmages charms and used Siphon Insight. I stole some pretty good cards from opponents
@@Christjs27 thinking it would be okay against Boros/Mardu, Nadu, and Goryos but losing life and sometimes being a dead card to draw into does seem mediocre in the long run
