Yeah blew both my fork seals out, hoping the new ones last a few seasons. As for that rotor issue, same exact thing happened to guy I know out here, I think he switched to Lyndall after. I run those same galfer rotors on my 06 FXDB and they’ve held up pretty well, mind you I’m not bringing the front wheel up by any means. Anyways awesome video, I love this FXDX you have

Yo! I hear the galfer floating rotors work great on sport bikes but aren't built for the harleys. I'll go with a non floating and see how it holds up. Always good to hear from you, brotha! 💯🤙

That sucks bro, I hate when that happens. Good thing you’re in good hands with KruesiOriginal. I’m having problems with my back tire, keeps going flat, might be a bad spoke. Oh yeah who makes those bags on your fxdx? I need them. Keep up the great work!

The fork seals are from slamming down after a wheelie--or they are from transporting with the fork pulled down, keeping your forks under constant pressure. It pops the seals backwards. One thing you need to remember about Harleys is that when you buy a Harley, new or old, its like buying a 57 Chevy with a 283, 2 bolt main engine. If you beat hell out of it, it will fail more quickly than its competitors. But if you remember its a 57 Chevy with a 2-bolt main, 283 engine, it will last more miles than you can ride it. My 2012 Dyna has 106K miles on it and never a wrench to the motor. It still runs perfect. Its a 57 Chevy Jon, and thats why people buy them. Thanks again for your videos.

@galfer what's going on with your QC? For the price that their rotors cost, Galfer should take care of it free of charge. Haven't ever seen that happen even with some cheaper floaters.

Harleys are not ment to wheelie lol. They weigh 300 kg and those forks aren't ment for slamming down like that. The belt and bearings aren't ment to handle that constant clutch pop and pull either. Get a DRZ400 for this kind of riding.

I just had to replace fork seals on my Honda Magna. It was cheaper and quicker for me to buy used front forks and swap then wait for parts. Definitely a bit tough waiting on parts. Great content and I really dig the Dyna content!!

Tell Ryan that check from bud light is a scam bro. I did it also and canceled it It’s a fraudulent check. What they do is have you deposit it into your account Cash it towards the wrap and then when the bank catches up it’s a fake. They take the money back and then you owe the back that money back. Person won’t even reply after you call them out lol 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

I'm sure if I ripped on a yamaha bolt the way I rip on the dyna that I'd run into similar issues. Heck, my drz is out of commission at the moment cause i went over on a drift.
