Just a heads up Lemforder is the OEM for Bushings. Vaico is considered to be Aftermarket. i would recommend getting all your parts off of FCPeuro. all parts are lifetime warranty.

What oil did you used for transmission I need my transmission oil change in my 525i and still undecided on which one to buy. N u probably gonna need an alignment when I change my low control arm front set I had to do alignment right after

I used OEM BMW Fluid. It’s 75W80 weight. I’d recommend buying them from ECS as they sell a kit with new drain and fill plugs I believe. Im going to be getting new suspension upgrades soon so I’ll be waiting for an alignment till then. Stay tuned! (:

Eric Touani from what ive been told through dealers and my own personal mechanic that works on Euro cars that OEM Transmission oil is Pentosin ATF1 Automatic Transmission Fluid and not Red Line

I’m not speaking of the redline transmission fluid change. I swapped it back from redline to the OEM Fluid from the dealership.
