What you are showing are parts with barriers. What about no barrier in very very heavy traffic? Heavier fine for crossing the line a bit? This is MADNESS!!! Be paid to cure traffic and not to make the lives of motorists and computers more MISERABLE!!! HELLp!!!
how do they know an On-duty ambulance plying on EDSA bus lane? and they should penalized those unregistered vehicles or better yet impound them, it's not fair for those who registered their vehicles annually.
Have you noticed there are lots of ambulances blaring their sirens during rush hours in the morning and in the afternoon? Especially those ambulances with "RESCUE" labels on them. Most of the cities/municipalities/barangays have their own "rescue/ambulance" vehicles and they use those to transport their employees to and from their offices. Mind you, they are also exempted to use EDSA bus lane. Try to flag one of them and mostly you won't see patient as a passenger. It will either be the driver only or full of employees as passengers. Most ambulance/rescue vehicle drivers are abusive knowing they are authorized to use sirens but not using it in a responsible manner. 18 Reply

why picked on the ambulances, bottomline they are exempted... period. Till now there are a lot of motorcycles seen using the bus lane as they can easily maneuver back to any lane as they wish, manmanan mo sa mga overpass at mga walang barikada sa EDSA, dami ng mga KAMOTE dyan lalo sa gabi.
@@delosreyesramon9295 dapat kailangang on duty sila para legal sila diyan sa busway, baka lang pauwi o ginagamit na pamasyal yan o private taxi service
It appears that the imposition of higher fines is an effective deterrent for EDSA Busway violations. Perhaps it's high time that penalties for other traffic violations be increased as well.
@JorgedelasAlas the title of the story is: "More motorists caught illegally using the EDSA busway lane". How can the higher penalty becomes a "deterrent" then?
@@poreyndyerpinoy If have been following the different vlogs on the EDSA Busway violator apprehensions since the imposition of higher fines, you would also note the significant reduction of the number of apprehensions. Also, if you cared to watch the video 1:37, MMDA also noted the comparatively smaller number of apprehensions.
@@JorgedelasAlas oh I do follow gadget addict, for certain. a big fan, in fact. "reduction" is not a word to me, i apologize. the first day numbers are what - 500+? don't these people know the rule + penalties just yet? the fact that the agency need to put up a squad of enforcers just tell me of one thing - a cat-and-mouse discipline. and lastly, did i understand the headline correctly - "MORE MOTORISTS CAUGHT ILLEGALLY USING EDSA BUS LANE". i guess ANC need to do a lot of "editing" of their YT news then.
