I wouldn't be surprised if there is a huge driver move / shuffle for the drivers and teams during the last few races. Yes Max's father desperately wants his son in the Mercedes! If Checo stays till the end of the 2024 season, or even through the Mexican race, Red Bull will lose. With more Checo crashes, Max maybe behind and lose the driver's and constructor's championship. Max will then leave for Mercedes for 2025. Sainz will use his exit clause from Williams for Red Bull for 2025. If Checo doesn't retire after the end of this year, Carlos Slim, will pay in a huge way for Checo to get in the Williams team for 2 years. One can no longer compare or contrast past years decisions to current day! This is the new reality of the cost cap ERA!
I'm retired now. If there is anything I have learned throughout my years working for different companies it's "Never think you're irreplaceable". The real losers at Red Bull are the ones leaving. They didn't get their many world championships because of a weak bench. It's a hiccup right now and not the end of the world, so put your fangs back in your mouths.
Wheatley was known about for Months as he wanted to be a team principal and Audi gave him his dream , laughable headlines, as RB have set on nearly 250 extra staff .Marko is employed by RBGH not Red Bull racing .
With such an exodus of top staff going on , There must be someone at the top being impossible for them to put up with ? Great management normally leads to great teams . Bad management tend to create a toxic environment and staff search elsewhere ? So who is being the toxic one ? Horner or Marko ,Or both !
After Adrian leaves, the team is just changing for the future. All the teams are constantly going through change up and down the pit. There seems to be no bad news here for REDBULL, however for the grid and fans this is healthy. Should have gone to Williams.Nothing lasts for ever especially where there is too much money is around.
