Quick customer service story... about 10 years ago my friend lost the pivot screw for his Kershaw blur. I wrote an e-mail to Kershaw asking if I could purchase just one pivot screw. They wrote back and asked what my address was. Then they shipped me five pivot screws in a little zip lock bag free of charge. Kudos to Kershaw!

I could have sworn it went missing in 2017 or so- that was crazy that you had found it sitting there. Sat for 7 days and it was right where you left it. That needs to be in the collection forever. It was meant to be with you guys. Everyone needs a good screw every now and then. And we all have a few screws loose - no shame in any of it. Party on, you two!

I took my mini bugout apart to clean/lube it. The cat thought one of the body screws was a toy. 3 emails later I got a bag of like 10 of them in the mail. Their customer service is amazing.

Freaking Bug Outs! I lost my CF Elite Bug Out at work. Apparently i had set it down on my employers rear bumper after cutting some banding straps. He drove approximately 11 miles down North Georgia roads with it on the bumper. His daughter met him at Home Depot. When she walked up to his truck she saw it and picked it up. Three days later i saw her and mentioned i was missing a knife. After describing it to her, without saying a word, she turned and walked to her car. She came back grinning from ear to ear as she brought my knife from behind her back. Freaking epic day! 52yrs old and i can still say ive never lost a knife as an adult!

Hi guys, have you every been to Smoky Mountain Knives in Tennessee? If not and you want a weekend getaway to Gatlinburg, highly recommend putting SMK in your visit list. I think you’ll spend pretty much a full day going through their facility. This place is huge and many favorites knife brands. Oh yeah, I look forward to the follow up once you receive your replacement screw. That knife is building an interesting storyline. 😂

I don’t remember the dates, but I remember watching your videos when out on a hike you got up and walked away from a $178 knife, leaving it behind. I’m glad you were able to use your GPS phone app and retrace your path - and find your freakin knife still there..!!! 🤣

Hello, did ya ever take it apart, if so that could give a partial clue as to why... Then again it's a good thing it happened to the knife as it would be difficult for you to explain to others if it happened to you, huh???😖☺️ BTW, did ya hear there's a new term for a Nun riding a bicycle? Good to see you back on screen. That's why I do have ambiguous feelings about Benchmade. Why is that screw suddenly missing? But then they will surely help you. We might ask the question if their customer service needs to be so great because their QC is so bad?
