Was going to say “yup. Music sucks as much as movies now”. Then I saw this dog shit is like 5 years old. At least y’all can claim you helped drive it into the ground. I think this is the greatest sonic thing ever done.
Imagine you spend your whole life learning your instrument, blistering your fingers, honing your craft, hours and hours of practice, money spent on gear and finally your big break comes, and they tell you to put on a Mayor McCheese head and get out there. That's show biz.
Imagine spending hours practicing and a small fortune on instruments, equipment, and costumes to be able to accomplish your absurd dream and actually become successful at it, that's the dream man
Finally my childhood dreams came true. Grimmace got a job, Ronald McDonald quit being a clown, and the hamburglar quit stealing hamburgers. Love these guys even Ozzy said he loves these guys.
These guys are great. Their costumes are hilarious, but my favorite is the drummer because his seems to meld McDonalds' Hamburglar with 1970s Peter Criss adding a touch of Kiss tribute to the act.
LOL I am glad to see I'm not the only one. I just put up there that this gives me Dave Brockie vibes. GWAR!! God I miss that dude, haven't been to a Gwar show since he passed.
Not a GWAR fan, but you never forget your first GAAR exposure. It was my first thought when this popped into my feed today. It has been many years since someone introduced me to bring back the bomb. I’m just glad someone else here brought them up haha
I saw them live last year, the band is absolutely amazing. Wasn't crazy about the singer and it didn't help that he was EQ'd so loud it hurt when he sang. The band is so god damn amazing I felt like I was actually seeing Sabbath and wanted to sing along... then was disappointed when I couldn't!
He's definitely the weak link.. That's just my opinion and I wish I was playing to bigger crowds like they are but OUCH!!!.. He's pretty bad at being a singer/frontman!!✌️🎶🎶
Lyrics: Children gather after classes No more witch with horn rim glasses All kinds of quick fun munch’n Sit right down to Ronald’s luncheon In kitchen those Macs are burning on the spit no pork is turning Where are Pigs of unwashed kinds? A Mac rib I’ve got to find! Oh LARD, Yeah My favorite meal should be on shelves today Not tucked away in a drawer Why can’t they ever see the light Don’t they know I’m a Mac rib sandwich whore, Yeah Slime wont tell of my sour finds Making us wait just for fun Everyday should be hot off the press Can’t Wait 'till that rib stamped patty comes, Yeah Mac rib is back, it stops my yearning Looks like finally they are a learning No more franchise I have to scour Taking a barbecue sauce shower Smell those onions, I am bawling Off to the death the pigs they’re hauling Wipe the sauce off your fat grins Mac rib is back the feast begins I scored yeah!
YOU HAD TO PUT THESE IN WRITING BECAUSE NO ONE CAN TELL WHAT THE YELLING, OUT OF TUNE, BAD SINGING CLOWN IS SAYING. IF YOUR GONNA PARODY SOMETHING, IT IS ONLY ENJOYABLE IF THE AUDIENCE IS IN ON IT. OTHERWISE ITS JUST SELF GLORIFICATION.
@@mattskustomkreations tushes is an archaic (?) spelling, though some non-archaic persons, e.g. *George Orwell,* in the book “Animal Farm,” have used that form. I’ve used it when writing about *Iron Pigs,* e.g. “What is an Iron Pig?” I said in all innocence. “A big black swine with iron-tipped *tushes,”* said Willem, “and the worst of them wear iron plate laced with leather.” Wrote about these *years* before the game *Dark Souls* came out. I wonder where they got the idea, as the pigs in that game look an awful lot like descriptions of Norden’s Swine…
Holy shit.. I've heard of this band and they've played in a town 20 minutes away from me and I just assumed they were a Black Sabbath cover band and nothing more. Little did I know they are the McDonalds crew and pretty badass too, the vocals need serious work though
Their music is really good & funny, so are all the costumes, but Grimace just cracks me the F up! Theres a video from Ozzy and jacks road adventure where Jack took him to see them play & Ozzy absolutely loved them
You know that point in your life when you thought you've seen everything until you see a video like this and you realize you haven't seen everything. Now I can say I've seen it all.
I've seen them twice in Pensacola (about 3 years apart). The first show was an awesome display of energy and crowd participation. The second show was a Master Class of perfect replication of perfect art. Everything was better. Ronald has perfected the accent and delivery. My wife and I are planning on going to the Jacksonville FL show in November.
I'm (obviously) a long time metal fan, but my devotion to music began via my brother introducing me to Weird Al Yankovic. It has come full-circle. Hahahha
Weird Al and his band are seriously underrated musicians. Imagine all the instruments and styles they can play. Al himself is among the goat of Accordion players.
These guys are awesome I loved when Jack brought Ozzy to see them and ozzy's expression Priceless Their roots go right to Birmingham England where Black Sabbath started They deserve all the props they get I would love to see them live👍❤️❤️❤️
For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
i love the move with the straight jacket when he comes out looking out at the audience,.. its straight out of alice coopers playbook. great song, iwd love to see these guys live.
Reality Strikes I think the bad singer was the guy with the idea.... but instead of allowing him to be the lead singer they should put him off to the side with a tambourine or a cow bell..... and find some hotty to wear a sexy Wendy’s costume who can sing, then get a Burger King who can play some other instrument to round it out...
Oddly enough, I saw them a couple nights ago and they actually DID dona couple Black Flag songs (complete with joking about how they will change their name to Mac Flag). They did Wasted and Nervous Breakdown
I'm reminded of the time on the Osbournes when Jack was getting excited about the McRib being back at McDonalds, and Kelly was telling him to just shut up. So, yeah, the McRib runs in the family.
