As someone who has had to deal guys like that, I don’t blame the Black Widow cosplayer for walking away. Trust me, with dudes like that, you give them a scrap of attention and they’re following you around for the rest of the day. It's nothing personal, but unfortunately sometimes you have to stonewall people to make it clear you don't have any interest in them.
I agree! Especially since she wasn't looking at him, all she could likely see in her peripherals was his arm reaching out. I would have definitely felt uncomfortable if not threatened in that situation.
That's her twitch mod, they're good friends and she didn't see his high five. They even poked fun at it afterwards where she put her hand up for a high five and he ignored it. You weirdos will take one thing and just run with it. Holy shit.
@@jonathanxavier2026 Im just speaking from personal experience at cons. When you're not looking you could easily mistake it for a random person. Not fun when random people come up to try to hug you without asking lol. Just because he was a mod doesn't make her obligated to high five if it makes her uncomfortable, obviously the situation is different for them though since she's his friend.
Honestly, I feel like if the guy with the Anime avatar just randomly opened his camera one day in class, without ever having shown himself before, and NEVER acknowledged that he was an anime character, it would have been a thousand percent better.

If anyone wants to know about the "World's most undateable boy", that tik tok blew up and the guy filming has kinda been helping him gain more confidence and stuff and he's doing good
idk i saw another one wear undateable boy wanted to get a cut and it didn’t seem like the dude filming was making fun of him, but not with good intentions. his comment section of one vid even had some comments along the lines of “dude is just filming this boy for views he don’t care about him fr” but idk i’m not saying that’s it for sure but it’s a possibility
We had a whole conversation in my sociology class about how much women get touched in the workplace and people just accept it. He had no right to even touch her shoulder.
Truly. I was sexually harassed at work. The guy deliberately invaded my personal space and caressed my back and shoulders on multiple occasions. Even after he'd been read the anti-harassment policy of the company. I wasn't the only one he'd harassed, but he got his job back bc they argued he didn't touch my breast or butt so it wasn't that bad. As if unwanted contact and deliberate brushing up against someone isn't sexual harassment.
Whenever I cringe at someone, I try to give that person slack by telling myself they did it for a dare. It makes it easier to cope. Like that zoom anime thing.
i tell myself they’re just acting and none of it’s real . my therapist told me to use that method when i was seven and I attached myself too much to a character in a film and something bad happened to them, but now I just apply it to this series lmao
"Keep your head up." "Yeah, kinda have to... Otherwise my neck will break." This actually inspires the fuck out of me??? Like mans just has to keep going. That struck me.
It’s definitely just a bluff from the other guy, I’m p sure CodyKo has the money to run the other guy into the ground and have him pay for legal costs. Defamation/libel is virtually impossible to prove anyways
@@beforehours1773 most of the time companies will give an ad copy of what to say, sometimes it's just bullet points to hit but I know sometimes it's an actual script they need to follow. And then they need to review the video the ad is in to make sure it's okay
@@chef_Jeremy no I understand the part of the video where the creator talks about the sponsor, but other than that, it's none of their business. Also overlook any grammatical mistakes, I'm literally overdosing as I'm typing this lmao
@@beforehours1773 brands do that bc they don’t want the influencers to say something that could look bad on the brand. For example, you wouldn’t want your brand to be associated w an influencer that’s politically incorrect on certain topics ya know? Haha
There's a quote in Victor Hugos Notre Dame "He's too far from society to feel shame" That's exactly what's happening with those comic con weirdos, they don't participate in regular society nor do they even watch normal movies or TV, so they become unable to behave appropriately.
In regards to the grindr one, I was talking to a girl on bumble once, and I told her my nephew’s birthday was coming up soon, and she responded with “My son would have been turning 9 soon”
fucking shed a tear in class cringing over guy in class with an akechi cam . there just isnt a word that can describe the wave of negative emotion i felt . not sad or angry or even cringe just Bad emotion
More on the Aussie news anchor: Still remember when Bec did the weather and he was like ‘aw yeah I’ll come over for a barbie since weather looks nice ☺️😉’ and Bec was like ‘ah no thanks’ This man didn’t learn when to quit and was so gross. Idk how he’s still on air tbh
He behaves a lot like this older man on an old show that was constantly grabbing infants and toddlers and trying to (and force them) kiss them. Completely repulsive.
Deep down we all know why he's still on air and had zero repercussions. Aussie media is a major boys club, especially sports com. I think society's heading in the right direction tho as far as not expecting women to just take on sexual harassment as part of the 'culture'.
6:21 ohhhh my God. There's always one person in your online class that is just so cringe, and needs to have more social anxiety so they don't embarrass themselves so much. I honestly feel bad for them.
YOOOOOO THAT CUTIE HONEY COSPLAYER! I just wanted to appreciate her bc the series doesn't get enough love, and her cosplay was kickass. Good on her for not letting that guy get to her.
It looked like that dude was going for a kiss on the lips. Like not even on the cheek. "So you just had twins? Cool cool, so I'mma make out with you on live t.v. now"
Kissing could be a part of the culture, like some Latin cultures having the introductory kisses, or something like that is what he’s asking. Obviously it isn’t, as Australia shares a similar culture to the rest of the commonwealth and USA, but still, the question isn’t entirely invalid
@@missshady1760 no shit it isn’t, I’m saying that’s why Cody asked. I clearly don’t agree that that’s what happened, I’m justifying the question, not how reasonable it is. Question Cody if you wanna talk about it, I clearly didn’t disagree
@@pohorex6834 I wasn't saying you were thinking that, I was saying that it was stupid of Cody to even ask the question. I was questioning the justification of Cody saying it. The "so no" part was about Cody. I got that you didn't disagree loud and clear. I wasn't attacking you, just simply saying he should have thought about it better.
I just came across the first guy on tiktok and his "friends" are honestly bullying him pretending theyre trying to help and it makes me really sad because he seems so sweet

2:29 When he's friend tells him to keep his head up and he responds that he will have to "otherwise my neck is going to break", it means his head is hanging so low from the sadness it might snap off
@@schqrri recently started watching Cody and one thing I’ve noticed about him is that he’s smart and well spoken, but some things will just fly over his head 😭😭 like when he’s trying to figure out what’s going on, he either thinks too outside the box or just in one corner of the box. 🤭 and if kelsey’s in the video, i feel like she usually has to point him towards the answer 😅
Never heard the necks going to break thing. A way of saying he’s always trying to keep his head up and stay positive. When you always have your head down and moping for so long it’ll break. Seems like a guy, hope he stays well.
@@bcc5701 that doesnt make any sense under the context of a response to "keep your head up" though. Either way you hold your head your necks gonna snap if you hang yourself.
love how Cody talks about how the youth pastor needs to be an adlib in songs as if he forgot that he is in TMG and him and noel can literally just do that
Finding out that delusional dude who asked Elon for a job is litigious( basically sue happy) makes perfect sense. I know I should feel really bad for that man but the delusion was too much that I can not.
As someone who has been on Grindr (and thankfully deleted it) pickup lines like that are very common. I've gotten "You're so intoxicating I want to drink your blood" like WHAT?? I swear to god that app is cursed.
He seems familiar. I think the guy recording the video has actually been helping him out like getting a new haircut and stuff. I’ve only see one video besides this one though
If you want more of that virtual girlfriend sad cringe, there's a whole movie about it called Her. Great movie. Starring Joachim Phoenix, ScarJo, Amy Adams.
6:50 I actually had someone in a class that did this, but they were actually really cool about it lol,, our teacher took like 20 minutes out of class for the guy to explain how he did it, it was fun and nowhere near as cringe as this haha
that poor news anchor just trying to do her job!! I've been through similar espesh when I was younger it's cringe as hell and you feel like you just can't do much about it either just laugh it off awkwardly genuinely glad I just keep my distance from people so much more now.
"Somebody please sample this and make an EDM or something,"...Cody, acting like he hasn't dropped countless bangers about way more obscure topics than virginity
The only thing is that it comes off like this is a crazy one off thing. If I had a nickel for every time someone used the “dead son your age” line, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice.
the grindr one actually sent me over the edge 😭 something about the combination of the goofy emoji and the most wild thing you could possibly say is killing me
Best one for my ever was the last video when that dude tries asking the girl out on facetime and gets mugged off then starts making weird noises and pretending to laugh. Still gets me creasing!!
that newsanchor one was such a woman caught in an uncomfortable but very public situation feeling like she can‘t do anything about it and like she has to laugh it off for the camera, it makes me really sad
it baffles me that cody missed the joke the first guy made when his friend says just keep your head up and he goes “i kinda have to or else my necks gonna break” come on cody🤦♂️
You could see the immediate regret and shame on that news anchors face as SOON as he got done trying to kiss her 😂 he crossed his arms like well... that was a mistake. Wtf was he doing though?!? WHY?!?
I'm not gonna lie, I think the only thing worse than an embarrassing video being unearthed is that now everyone knows he threatened to sue you about it. Yikes, man.
When I was like 10, my parents made me go to one of those religious camps where they do those cringe chants (and at the camp I went to, they actually split us up into teams and there were over ten teams who all had to come up with some sort of biblical chant) and my group’s chant was “WE LOVE PURPLE! WE ARE DISCIPLES! GOD KICKS BUTT! AND RIDES MOTORCYCLES!” Anyway, I got in trouble for not participating in the chant by my group chaperone Ashley, but a few years later Ashley got addicted to crystal meth so maybe the chant was the least of her problems. There’s no point to this story, but I felt the need to offload some of the cringe onto other people
If she eventually got addicted to meth, it sounds like church is exactly where she should've been. I don't know her, but it's upsetting to hear someone online hold that against her.
Oh no Bec Judd 🙃🙃 Yes that's an Aussie clip haha. There was a HUGE discourse around that moment on TV coz people bullied Bec for not accepting his advances. It was insane. She was in the right FYI
@@mariaguglielmo1532 yeah! It was bad. It was a lot of male commentators saying she should just suck it up coz she embarassed HIM. But majority of the people sided with her.
