More select cutting maples to help get sunlight to the forest floor.  

Time to do some thinning and get some really nice lumber at the same time... As for the handle, I've owned many older 209"s and other sizes of stilh chain saws and never had soft plastics like todays stuff. the biggest issue is the handle broke at a point they have cut out fora bolt , leaving a big weak spot. I'm use to saws with metal or or a combination of metal wrapped in plastic.
