Another option is that WB have made a new raids to Ultramar system since the Rift opening. They know hot to hold a grudge as well as any Legion.

The Rubric Marines and Tzaangors were awesome to see. Chaos Cultists models are Dark Vengence style, I missed seeing them after 8th edition. They almost look like Blackstone Fortress style Traitor Guardsmen from a far, I thought at first.

The Baneblade and other Astra Militarum tanks are a glorious sight to see.

A lot of the Primaris were selected as children but put into stasis after the horus heresy and the Primaris project began. So Chairon would have been a child on Calth during the betrayal at the beginning of the heresy. Seven or so years later and the Primaris project was started and the candidates selected… Chairon would have been one of them. They were sporadically woken up to be tested/implanted etc over the next 10,000 years by Cawl. Making them technically older than Titus but only released to their Chapters for service in the last 100 years or so. This would technically make this set during the Primarchs return and the following Indomitus crusade era.

Adeptus Mechanicus. If they are not messing around with tech , that leads to a whole Tomb World of Necrons waking up , they're fiddling with Chaos artifacts. Honestly, the Adeptus Mechanicus are the 40K embodiment of "Messing Around and Finding Out". 😆🤣

1:39:11 I was hoping for some Von Ryan's Leapers to make an appearance here. They would make this scene interesting. Maybe in SM 3 we may see those mine lurkers?
