Strange view of mental health. Having someone evaluated is a positive thing with good outcomes for the person in danger of hurting themselves or another. They release a person who voluntarily commits to be evaluated sooner as it shows the person understands the context for the evaluation and is showing self care.
The defense wants the jury to believe all these people are in on a cover-up when the cops arent even smart enough to fill out a proper police report? This girl is guilty as sin.

Probably because they believe Jen McCabe and they obviously think karen is guilty. No evidence of it but they are believing it. Now seeing Jen’s testimony, she has lied, and lied, and lied, she has deleted convos to other witnesses, she deleted the evidence that showed she knew he was lying in the snow to die at 222 in the morning..that’s 3 hrs before Karen goes looking for him. People need to realize this is a coverup. That what the evidence is pointing to.
