Hey Chris. Love the way you play. I am new to click tracks and the lady speaking in my ear. Tell me, the bass player, is Het the band leader, or is just the conductor? Do the a other band members also hear him?

Hello!! Thank you so much for the kindness! It takes a moment to get use to but worth the investment. The bassist is the music director (md) and they kind of remind people of new things we added morning of just to keep everyone on the same page. Yes everyone can hear him on stage if they have him in their mix

Great playing!! I'm curious, What does set it up mean? In case I hear it one day! I was the rhythm section at students for the last Wednesday night. Max had to work so I held down the fort on cajon,then went in the cage for the last song! (And kept my eyes on the leader the whole time!)The video is on my channel! I swelled at the end of the song, and all the students in the congregation started clapping! It was awesome!! Thanks again for supporting me! Keep rockin.
