Hi lord Al watched your new update video love the new additions to your layout I love your digital clock l have been looking for one for Beighton Parkway in the shed found one similar on eBay your new mainline coaches were a bargain with great detail l have the same one in chocolate and cream GWR they are a great addition to any layout and it’s not only locos or rolling stock but the other little touches like your wheelie bins that bring our layouts to life I enjoy all your videos your humour has me in stitches you are a credit to this amazing hobby of ours Best wishes Kev Kev Beighton Parkway Sheffield
Great bargains Lord Al, we have blue and grey bins where I live (brown for garden waste) great looking bin lorry, many thanks for sharing regards Barry.👍
Dragon junction is looking marvelous lord Al, you have a layout to be proud of. You certainly got some great bargains with those coaches but my favourite update was the wheelie bins, details like that make all the difference.
Hi Allan 👍 I do love your local model shop. He always has some fantastic bargains and you’ve done really well mate especially with the Dapol Mk2’s. The foliage behind the retaining walls looks really good on the running video makes a massive difference. Also mate I really enjoyed the different camera angles on the running session thanks for sharing. All the best to you and the family Andy
Well done, another great video. The bin truck looks great. I love Mainline models. They are wonderful. The quality and detail are so good for the age of them and the price is good as well. I think there is always a colour difference in real life. It depends on where they are sprayed or many the paint mix was not quite the same as the last one. There may also be failing from sunlight. Anyway, they look good and the corridor differenc dose not look out of place. Thank and cheers for now.
Love the bin wagonand fits the layout beautifully, lovely gift Danny! I agree with you regarding coaches, no need to pay more for general coaching stock. The wee lil plastic people wont know. Fantastic shots looking along the blue pulman near the end.
@@dragon-junction-MK2 I did not know it takes 160 lil plastic peeps to fill a blue pulman. Tell me kind Sir how you came across such an fascinatingly important fact. Lo Have you counted all the seats? I can just imagine that day panning out, your dear wife pumping in tea via a pipe attatched to the house. Charlie rushing in to photograph and record each mile stone for social media. Followed up by the Grandson doing the grand opening of the line where the pulmsn is running. Important dignitaries, rushing to claim their seat. Not forgetting Jasper Carrot, 'double seat, double seat, got to get a double seat'. All lil plastic peeps piled in on the station, real people far and wide busily moving them off the track, so they dont get electrified by the huge 16v ac current. Sweeping brushes at the ready as a few nose dive to their end as they plummet to the ground at over 60 mph, breaking off a single, solitary plastic arm. Crowds cheering as the peeps debris is clear making way for the pulman to finally depart. Adveturous music starts. To the greatest fanfare the pulman leaves gliding from the station. First class food awaits the select few. Except... they are lil plastic peeps oh dear, does this mean the never get off? Can they never enjoy the spectacular delights of gormay cuisine? Will they be safe aaaarrtghhhhhh Hellllpppp, call the Trumpton fire department Drew, Grew, Barney, McKrew, Cuthbert Dibble Grub...ha ha ha gotta laugh. Always fun watching your videos..
Superb awesome update mate, looks fantastic where you put the dust truck emptying the wheelie bins, made me laugh seeing that bloke taking a riddle up the wall 😂 hope you and Barbara are keeping well kind regards Danny 😊😃 😊
Hello From Australia, m'lord! Nice new t-shirt, and assortment of rolling stock! The bin truck and bins are quite sharp! I enjoyed the loco shots and Pullmans running, too. Cheers! A&J
Great T-shirt and great set up. The parallel running sequence is really good. I note the large number of passengers on board the Pullman, it must have taken some time to produce that detail. Thank you for another enjoyable programme.
Excellent lord Al in the shed 😂 nice update. 90% of my stock has magnetic couplings on now. However I've found that hunts couplings don't work on everything so I do use the hornby ones (only on a few things) and the new Accurascale ones, which do fit there stock better. Like yourself magnetic couplings are the way to go for me too. Keep on laughing lord Al all the best Andy 😊
Top Man Andy on the Hunts. You will have to see them next time at a show and may be they could make some to fit for you . And thank you so much for watching Andy.
LORD AL! Brilliant T shirt mate spot on. Great updates i have the red dust cart but its to nice to take out the box lol. Great running session All the best to you and Lady Babs. Deano
You paid £7.50 for a Mainline coach my local model shop wants £15 no less and the same for Mainline wagons so you did well at that price. I have a few Mainline coaches that I have replaced the plastic wheels with steel wheels I'm very happy with them .
All model shops are not the same . Am sure they follow e-bay prices some of them. As for my shop he`s always been very fair with prices . But they are very good coaches ahead of there time .
Hi ya Allan and Barbara. Absolutely love the T shirt got to wear it at GETS.😊 What a bargain with the coaches, your spot on with the prices. Bought airfix coaches with nems fitted 3 for £20. They are like new. 64 humidity isn't to bad, shouldn't cause any problems. Great running session and music as usual. Thanks for the update my Lord. Thumbs up thumped 👍 ....Pete....
Thank you Steve. Yes all good here and you got over your Covid ok.. Yes got some fab bargains and i got some more since then in BR Blue witch i`ll show in the next movie.
I can't complain, because my little ModelU 00 gauge sized cats arrived yesterday and two of them are on my 00 gauge counterpart's lap. 00 gauge figure Kelly, named after myself, is now happy as Larry, because she and I love cats. The other cat is out eating on the platform. Today, my Fox Transfers Cambrian Coast Express headboard and new Dapol model of Hinton Manor have arrived. Don't get confused, she is awaiting new Foxcote Manor name and numberplates from Silver Tay Models. The Hinton Manor model that's been under my bed a few years, has been fitted with the Cambrian Coast Express headboard. My pre-order of Dapol Foxcote Manor has, by my request, been cancelled, the factory is taking far too long to get the model released.
@@dragon-junction-MK2 The cats are well-behaved because they are friends with Kelly the 00 gauge figure. The two on her lap are only up to mischief, when they have a playful rough and tumble with her hands.
Hi Lord Al, thank you for the video, great to see footage from the rail cam, you get to see all the different scenes, like behind the church, BRILLIANT, thanks , Pete,👍
Hi Alan, thankyou for the updates. Do the residents remember which day to put their bins out? I dare say the passengers at Dragon Junction are also pleased about extra coaches, so more people can have a seat.
As far as i know this year it`s every other Thursday.. And yes thers more room in the coaches now due to longer trains. As the layout is getting busy these days
Hi Lord Al, Some nice additions to the layout there. Would I be right thinking your LMS coach was an old Airfix coach, I seem to recall having a rake of them back in the 1980's........Your "Intercity" coaches, the cheap ones you aquired, look alot like Airfix or Lima models, which when they came out again in the 1990's were actually really good models, with almost flush tinted glazing too. The first Mk2's with air-conditioning I saw back then, when new coaches cost like £15-20..............How much are they now, £70! Makes you think eh...........Great stuff as always, all the best Dave.
Dear Allan, the question why haven't you walked around yet with the beautiful custom t-shirt. Wear it especially when you go shopping for your railroad. The t-shirt is your calling card my friend, Lord of the Isles but always top man for me. Great enjoyable update. Big like have a beautiful weekend and fun, but I see that the fun is not lacking. Alberto 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺🩷🩷
Hi Lord Al, great haul of goodies there and love the bin wagon in that livery. Looks great and the bins compliment it well. With the walling, have you tried dry brushing technique? Simple but can be very effective.. Cheers for now, Chris

Hi Allan, great video catch up as always, you got some bargains there, I was wondering what you paid for you Bachmann JJA wagons and have you seen the prices of them on eBay? Stay safe mate, thanks for sharing.
Nice bargain coaches. First, everybody had to have a cup of tea, now everyone has to have a Dustbin Lorry and of course, no Layout is complete without Lord AL's Lavvy. Did you see mine? It was sitting on Platform Two on your piece of grass. I have my own 3-wheeler Dustbin Lorry complete with figures. 🚯♻
