That was us across the street too. - Due to the population issues and unable to have new people join the server, we have started migrating to Danu server sadly (Sorsar)
Let me properly credit Sorsar and Macdaddy, whithout whom the Crimson Lions base would not be what it is. I myself had a little hand in the leather/cloth/fletching areas, but it was emmulation of the work that Macdaddy did that inspired and guided it, and Sorsar is the man of the big towering structures, both above our base and the one across the street.
@@nikoofdeathplays Were by the North road out of Inis Gallia > Aras almost to the Pure iron mining zone | You'll Find CL on our new structure front gate too, you also probably can tell its us right away.
one point at the beginning: you dont have to put pillows and beams in the mittle of your building. you can put beams in between walls so get more stability from the outside walls and more free space in your home. ;)
I think seeing what others are building is my favorite part of the game! Yeah, you can have multiple characters across servers but your max plot count is account based not server based.
I am the builder of the Exiles Mansion in Dolavan which is in Kerys. I'd like to invite you to come find my build and do a video on it and share it with the community. you can find us in the bottom right corner of the Dolavon map if you're interested.
My hubby has been building a castle for us but sadly the 8th floor cap is killing the vibe. He built a skull on the front but had to remove it since it the cap keeps screwing up the whole thing. :( I really wish there wasn't a cap on building so he could finish what we have.
Yeah, it'd be nice if you could build higher as long as you made it structurally sound. Even if it was a bit unforgiving, at least there'd be some fun in the challenge of it. Your castle sounds pretty cool! Do you mind sharing where it is? I'd like to come check out his work!
They don't have any interactions with objects right now. I'm really hoping that they do add some interactions at some point, but I'm sure that's fairly far down the priority list.
Eh, there's still a lot to see for now. I'm hoping they'll have some sort of decent update in a bit that'll bring people back around the time that I'm running out of stuff to find. :)
If they manage to get some good updates going, that will help a lot. I still think a lot of people started playing without the right expectations of what was available. Plus, if you like to build cool stuff, this is a pretty good game for that.
@@nikoofdeathplays the world itself feels empty though, besides the buildings, there's not much around. You spend 30 mins just to walk to the PvP zone and an hour filling up inventory of rye and barley just to go back and make one batch. They need to work on the menus and levelling and make it sharper, the world's graphics are nice but the mobs and names above the mobs look so out dated.
Pax Dei is an empty shell of a game. There is no gameplay, just building your house on a piece of land, and there seems to be PvP somewhere. That is all.
For a lot of people, gathering and building *is* the gameplay they're looking for. Pax Dei is still so early in development that it might take some time until more systems are in place to make it appealing to a larger audience.
99% of the building is a dumpsterfire, on my server I have found maybe 2 builds that look meh, the rest looks like cookie cutters and trash piles. Tbh I wish I could build what I want to build but the plots are too small for the size of structure pieces, uneven terrain kills the structure limitations. I tried two builds but ran into the same issues of limitations. Best you can do on the side of a hill is build up to max on the low side and 1- 2 story build on that. Castle building is super limited and not worth even mentioning imo.
