I had watched this sketch numerous times before watching Wuthering Heights (1939) with Laurence Olivier and Merle Oberon. It was a very good movie...but I couldn't help laughing at certain parts. I kept having this sketch flash in my head during some of the scenes XD
Morecambe & Wise present Wuthering Heights 0331am 11.5.23 the old hams of the theatre world fronting up with a chance to be made a, seeming, fool of by the comedic duo. and there doesnt seem to have been a lack of folk wanting to be seen working with them... there's not much to say on that score, where being funny is concerned, its the same old same old but.... still amusing. "you can't get better than that"...
