found your channel flicking through canopy videos as I'm currently waiting on mine from dunn and watson. just finished watching your canopy walk around looks like a prime setup! trying to get ideas for storage from everyone else.. that cutlery bag from front runner is great! will definitely look into one myself! Hi mate, I will receive my Mits canopy in May. Cant wait. I have ordered the rack and awning mounts for the same awning you are running. Question is, are you still using these brackets now you have RTT, as we will also be adding RTT later? And also, did the Darche limit the height that the canopy door could open, and do you have to duck under? Cheers.
Gidday Carl. The Mits brackets are very good. It will simply depend on brand and size of RTT you go with. No I couldn’t utilise them with my RTT and had to get new brackets from Tough Touring to suit. You can mount awnings directly to most RTTs and that’s typically best option from weather protection etc. No the Darche does not limit the door heights at all with this setup .
