Sister of... brother, class of '87!🥰 Just read an article _ Spike Lee is offering scholarships to MSU grads- didn't say anything about year- for film school (I did tell my brother, although he'll not likely apply); I think this performance is what prompted him!
I saw so thrilled to listen to those young people as they sang with their beautiful hearts and souls with such passion and love bringing tears to your eyes!
I wish that the National Anthem were broadcast! It used to be part of the game coverage of every game but no more.....just a bunch of commercials now. The nation needs to hear their anthem, especially young people.
This was the best rendition I've ever heard.I wish there was a law that required traditional versions sung !! This was incredible and like others, was the best part of the entire day !! Keep up the good work Morgan State Choir !! and THANK YOU !!
Yes, that was a wonderfully talented, well directed Choir! But as its obvious that most are African Americans, I am not surprised...they have the range of beautiful voice of the adored, Whitney Houston..How i miss her voice..
I'm with you. As this came to it's conclusion, my heart beat went up just a little expecting to hear the jets. I didn't watch live so maybe they came in just a little bit after the video stops??
No need for a fly over when you have the choir paused so everyone could hear the majestic sound of my fellow Marylanders in unison screaming O's from the top of there lungs....heard from Glen Burnie to Towson and from Riesterstown to Dundalk from Lansdowne to Elkton. Welcome to Maryland home of Blue Crab, Smith Island Cake, Natty Boh, Royal Farms, Os, Ravens, and Old Bay.... Welcome to Ball-Mer Hon!
