This is the best country song I’ve heard in 20 years. Not many country artists have the ability to tell a story and make you feel it anymore.

Song hits me different and litteraly. Evert October I drive my truck 24 hours south to South Padre Texas. I'm alive foe 3 months on the beach. Catching sharks, bon fires, local gals. Spend all my money ENJOYING LIFE. Then, in January I drive back home, but refuse to clean the beach sand out of my truck. It's my motivation fir the next 9 months to get back down to the only place I'm happy. I have 4 years of beach sand on my floor board. Each layer, the memory of a south Texas girl.

I’m a nurse, and when I get stressed at work, which is often, I hide in the bathroom for a minute and watch this video. It immediately makes me feel better. It’s like a breath of fresh air

If ever there were a voice that IS the chorus, it's Morgan's voice. So believable you feel like you're there, slowly driving away on the highway in that Silverado, reminiscing about her. Sometimes a little sand is all you bring home.

He has a way of singing his lyrics like “dodging potholes”, and “7 summers, a coke” in a way where you cannot understand what in the world he is saying until it makes perfect sense when you read the lyrics and then ur like OH that line is EVEN BETTER NOW

I ain't a great lover of Country and Western being a Brit but this song really grabbed me emotionally especially with his fantastic voice.
