Moringa Raw leaves Tea:
Pluck Moringa leaves from the stem and wash them thoroughly.
In a pan, add 700 ml water and 1 cup of Moringa leaves.
Add 1 small cup of chopped mint leaves.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Strain the leaves and add juice from 1 lemon.
Serve and enjoy!
Moringa Powder Making:
Pluck Moringa leaves from the branches.
Wash and pat dry the leaves until completely dry.
Spread the leaves on a clean surface to air dry or use a dehydrator.
Once dry, grind the leaves into a fine powder.
