Yeah it's impossible to believe Wish Bus performances are Live, but they are. I've seen the bus myself (returned to my parked car and there it was on the opposite slots preparing for a performance). I saw Whitney, Celine, Mariah, live, in their Apex level singing eras - Morissette is their equal, at least.

The first vocal treat is just what you thought it was. That is a vocal squeak, or a vocal break. The second thing is called 'whistle tones'. It is separate from singing though as you heard she can vocalize hers. Mariah Carey also uses these tones. If you want to go back to the 70's Minnie Ripperton. Morissette is the only person I have heard that can take the whistle tone as a whistle. She also held a whistle tone for two minutes. I'll give you a link to see that little trick.
