Honestly, flawless rendition of our national anthem. This song is difficult, high notes in a 4/4 time signature, that means fast. You can't hardly get a sec to breathe.
I've just arrived here from binge watching other versions (funny enough, they were all at boxing matches) and this has to be the CLEANEST vocal version of all of them. This is my favorite because she balanced Passion like Regines version, and proper impatience (come on guys, it's a marching song, it's supposed to be faster) like Charice's version. Amon balanced both, a true understanding of the anthem allowing her to add her own vocal prowess while staying true to your country. That's what makes this the best version for me. (Did I mention Cleanest version? Oh, okay)

that is the excellent, perfect, and best performance of Mori to sing Lupang Hinirang...walang adlib adlib sa kulot, flawless... and directing to the original tone of Philippine National Anthem....that is the true performance i ever heard now unlike those singers which is indifferently singing on it...but Morisette is reaching the perfect original and simplest tone...Go Mori..

Mori is really exceptional! She knows which songs she can do vocal breaks, whistle, etc. she knows when to do these things and when not to. She knows which songs she can play with her vocals and which songs she should be sticking to the original. Over singing this would butcher the song. GREAT JOB MORI!
She sang it the right way indeed but it was not a performance that will give you goose bumps unlike her other performances. she was so mindful of the rules in singing this song. I bet she couldav encouraged the "beast mode" of the fighter if she sang this her way. more spirit more personal more liberating. #justsayin
Are you a pilipino? Well obviously no. Only filipino knows how to sing it properly and fyi she sang it perfectly, with right intonation, rhythm and accuracy. If you expect something else, you can just go to her other videos so you will be able to know how far her voice can do.
