It was performed live, streaming on Facebook. Her fans ask him to perform songs and she performs them right away. She does not rehearse, looks for musical records, or scores and performs the songs immediately.🤷🏻‍♂️ No one in the music scene does that. vocal distortions are part of his style.🤔

This is not a planned performance. She is singing it adlib as a request. No other performer I know would do that. She is a real down to earth person simply making herself available to her fans. I applaud her for that.

I'd love to see a reaction video to "Almost Saturday Night" by John Fogerty - the original version from his 1975 self-titled album where the album cover has him sitting on a tree stump with his dog Shep. It was released as a single and it's one of his best solo songs ever, but many people aren't aware of the song. It was a good album, but Asylum Records was too busy promoting the new Eagles record at the time, and didn't devote much time or resources promoting the John Fogerty album. British musician Dave Edmunds did a cover of "Almost Saturday Night" six years later, and it charted higher. You could even play both versions of the song.

This is just Morissette noodling around on her keyboard on a livestream for fans. In these sorts of performances, she hasn't rehearsed it, at least not for public performance, and she doesn't claim to be a pianist.

This is what happens when reactors are baseless prior to provide viewers personal reaction. What expectations did you have prior to watching and listening? If you read comments made you will have the necessary base to give you full understanding of the performance. Clearly this was NOT professional in nature (which seems to be part of your expectation/perspective prior to viewing. It’s always best that you commit into the world of Morissette when watching her posted videos, which there must be a thousand+ out there on YT. Reactions should be done AFTER the performance and not during unless pointing out such things as vocal techniques perhaps. Other than that wait until the end after grasping the performance in full..

Reactions should always be done raw and as they happen, otherwise they aren't really reactions. If you prefer that, like you said, there are thousands of videos and other reactors that you may find more to your liking. I appreciate your comment, and apologize for wasting your time. But if you want to watch the video and listen to the song without a reactors comments... watch the video. Otherwise shoooooosh. But also, gatekeepers like yourself make fans look bad. Allow people to do things differently, perceive differently, consume differently, project differently. If everybody was expected to do things the same and adhere to the same guidelines, the world would be joyless. So off you get.
