I underwent a MRI this past Friday for my lower back. It is 32 minutes of laying perfectly still inside the machine. I don't lay still for 32 minutes when I'm sleeping. The MRI machine is very loud and noisy so they will give you a set of ear plugs and a head set so you can listen to your favorite music. I will know the results of the MRI later this week.
Flat on my back waiting for surgery. Not a happy 3:19 camper woth pain and issues. I soooo appreciate your videos. To feel like a 'friend" is here and talking ( no matter how mundane) is helping me pass the time and distract from the pain and anxiety of anticipation. 6weeks till surgeon has an opening. Tim, if you feel sore in bed, you may need to add some electrolytes into your daily diet. Summer and hard workouts are demanding on our bodies. Sometimes a little combination of magnesium/sodium and potassium is magical. Keep crushing it my friend!
Praying for Johnny. I may have told you before, my Mom had Chrohns disease at the age of 35 and died from it at 68, or as they said, she was over medicated. I always say that she had it before they knew what it was and the only medicine that helped her was prednisone. She had parts of her intestines removed 2 times. She never had a formed BM. 🤠 The Irish Creme gimmick brings back some memories, when it came out+ was real popular, in the Truckstop little tab containers. I ran Airfreight up to Chicago OHare every night. It was hilarious, hitting a truckstop about Midnight for some high octane coffee, and a bunch of big truckers, would be standin around , cryin like babies, cuz the Irish Creme was all gone 😃 I usually don't like Coffeemate, but I'm on a Snickers kick. Usually it's strictly International Delight,or Walmart "Great Value" ,try the Honey/Cinnamon+Vanilla, it's Bubba approved ☕...😃

Well I was bc you’ve mentioned it a couple times. It’s got some unfavorable reviews about a few things. However the price is right but I’m thinking about the taller expert grill rather than this for 96$ I also have two 15lb propane tanks that would sit inside of it. 😎
