I agree that the suggestion for Biden to not run was something the Trump supporters wanted and promoted to improve Trump's chances of winning. That was my impression of it when I first heard it, and it made me angry.

I think it was a set-up. He had a bad cold ....there is a video where you can hear him coughing and it sounds bad. I think he took cold medicine for it and I'm pretty sure someone put something in the water he drank. Poisoning has been used down through the ages for political control.
I adore Biden; I trust him. He fractured his foot while playing with his dog right before becoming POTUS. Trump gives me the creeps. Zero redeeming qualities.

I think Joe Biden is very charismatic , but then I’ve been around long enough to have followed much of his career. He isn’t boastful or loud, he has always worked for the good of the people, and yes, now that he is older his energy is more constrained. But when he lights up you can see the fire of determination in his eyes, and when he gives that Joe Biden grin it can speak a thousand words. He came out of retirement to serve our country and defeat Trump and he will do it again in November.

My mother-in-law wasn't the least woo-woo, but talked about a couple of dreams that I suspect were past life dreams. Once,she was paddling a long canoe down a river. Once,when her friend,Mindy was present,she described herself, Mindy and some elderly women as being dressed in old fashioned clothes, listening to an opera singer sing in a deserted,outside venue. The older women said that she liked to come to the venue in the iff season,just to sing. Mindy was open to the past life idea, but,Dorothy just waved it away. Once she woke up and thought, " I don't want to remember that", and,went back to sleep. She didn't remember what 'that' was, the next morning. We think that she might have dreamed of her own death.
A couple of things occurred to me as I watched your video today. First, I suspect your dream was showing you a past life back injury that is still troubling you--that I hope can now be healed. About Biden's gait: as we've seen, he rides a bicycle. I have arthritis in my right hip, & although cycling aggravates hip arthritis for some people, for me, it has proven to relieve my hip pain, probably because it's non-impact. Omg Tim! My brother was a late talker too! He would only say "dah". But apparently I understood him and translated for him. I guess he was in his late 3s or early 4s, and one day started speaking in full sentences! The funny thing was, he was an early walker. The kid was toddling around at 10 months old! too funny. ❤

Tim, your body is in a 60 day process of healing the strains (micro tears) from lifting. You will get some benefit from type I and lll collagen during this time. Much more beneficial is bovine derived collagen. Per the timing you’ve indicated the lifting injury occurred, you have just completed the first cycle of regeneration. You will likely experience another dip in symptoms during the next cycle even if you don’t reinjure. This too will likely pass in the next few weeks but you will still be left with a chronic issue and this last injury will not be fully healed. What you asked about was a cure. Coffee is actually good for you. I drink 2 big cups every morning. I am 79, very healthy and take no pharmaceutical drugs - I grow an organic garden and I am an artist. There are tons of videos on you tube about the benefits of coffee. Also try a castor oil pack on your back and check out all the videos of that. It works - I have lots of experience with it.
I highly recommend using castor oil! It must be the cold pressed and be in a dark bottle. Rub it on the affected area, wrap the area with flannel then cover that with clear plastic wrap. Put a heating pad on this area for 20-30 minutes. It is amazing!
I mix collagen powder into my coffee. My bones were better in my last scan. Doctor said it couldn't be the collagen. But I don't know what else it could be.

I had some fascinating very lucid dreams about being in a very foreign place. It was so strange/interesting. I sometimes wonder how I can dream of such places and people - where do these images and thoughts come from that I have never seen in this life? I do not know.
Tim FYI to my am coffee for 2 years now I add collagen powder, MCT powder .....noticed less joint pain, skin & hair improved.....no obvious taste....i take my coffee black.....easy [ you may be able to open the capsules & add to your coffee next order try the powder] I use nature's path but there are many companies now. Thanks for the reading. Regarding your vitamins -- I use vitamin patches so I don't have to swallow a lot of pills. You just stick them on and then remove them after 8 hours. I am using the PatchAid brand and even one of them is their Collagen patch. I'm in the States, but maybe some store out your way sells them, either on line or in person.

Tim, I've found a delicious apple drink by a company called Lezzo. You put powder in your mug and add boiling water. It's delicious. I get it from Amazon.
Couches can be uncomfortable for me too. You can try putting a board under the cushions to keep you from sinking too low. and/or a small pillow behind your lower back. Don't forget ice packs and heat packs. Also, acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help reduce inflammation and therefore help healing. I also agree that the dream may have been a past life memory. It sounds like that might have been a past life showing you how your back was injured, and when you left your body after asking for it to be healed, the healing was spread throughout your spine.
