Hello Jen 🍁 Happy Autumn. I've been retired for a few years now. Mornings are my absolute favourite time of the day. Waking when my body is ready. Enjoying my breakfast preparation. Sitting in calm and stillness with my coffee. A particular enjoyable morning is when I can watch your vlog with my coffee. I did not know or understand balance during my working years. It would have made such a difference for my mental and physical health. I now do better with what I know. Thank you for sharing so beautifully how we can start and move through each day. As being someone who commuted for 26 years, I also got up much earlier to create my morning routine because I got home so late and one has to have some headspace and time to slow down to stay healthy….I like your new sideboard, it is beautiful and perfectly fits in your room🤩 so I hope you will have little of a sunshine in your country before the weather is getting to cold and dark…. Hello Jen, I have been retired, so my slow morning routine is : cup of coffee with bread, fruits. Then I read the news on my tablet and I drink another coffee and the most important think : I don’t look at the time. I clean the house quickly, then I go to my sports club. My morning routine starts when my child decides to wake me up. Then we have some water and play with cars. After that, I try to make some coffee. I usually don‘t manage to drink it. I know these times will change.
