This really helps. Every morning I wake up with puffy face and creases on my face that last until night time. I feel like I don't have to wait to the end of the day anymore for my face to go back to normal.

OH my gosh! I have DERCUMS DISEASE, lymphedema and lypoedema causing a stagnate clogged toxic lymphatic system with 100's of lipomas(mixed type) all over my body front to back, top to bottom. I would love this! As I'm really pale, I struggle with a lot of veins under my eyes and on my eyelids, as well as a big one that goes down the side of my head. It's frustrating being so pale, honestly😂

Hi! As far as skincare goes: retinol and retinoids sonf vitamin C are great at boosting collagen production. Food wise quinoa, salmon, beans, lentils, nuts are great, Lean proteins. Supplements wise bovine collagen is more similar to human collagen than marine, so taking that can help. And look for hydrolysed peptides in the ingredients of collagen supplements. They help to transport it.Sugar,alcohol,cigarettes and sunlight however do the opposite and damage the collagen proteins. Hope that helps!
if we use syrums and stuff in our skincare routine how is the best way to use the oil? washing it off after seems like a waste. At night time is it a bad idea to leave on and then apply moisturiser?

Hello there, after Covid six months ago, I'm still congested particularly the face, in fact I felt my whole head & neck was swollen. My facial contours have re-emerged since doing your lymphatic drainage for less than a week! However the nodes under my jaw, above collar bone and arm pits are swollen and tender, particularly collar bone - it isn't visible any more! Do I continue? Thank you.
