Winter morning guided meditation that teaches self-reflection, self-love and confidence in being who you already are. If your future self wrote you a letter, what woudl it say? This is the question I recently asked myself, and this meditation shares with the listener what my letter said. It gives time and space for you to come up with your own letter too with a minute of quiet music and self reflection.
This guided mindfulness meditation is great to listen to any time of day, but I recommend listening in the morning when your mind is fresh.
