Woah… could be the best 10 minutes of meditative insights I’ve ever received, Nikki. Every word impactful. Helped me give rise to a fear from 45 years ago that I overcame by just jumping in, but really have never given myself credit for. I’m at a similar place now, and didn’t see it/ revisit it until listening twice this morning. More to reflect on for sure, but you’ve helped me do the work to open a door.
