Keep these coming Sophie, I love anything skincare related. I've only recently discovered that I've got oily/dehydrated skin which was a huge revelation (I always thought it was just oily). Went down a huge KBeauty rabbit hole reading all about hydration, which was eye opening! Have since stocked up on essences and toners to add to my routine. Another thing I learnt is to use a lower pH cleanser (btw 4.5- 5.5 pH) as a 2nd cleanser. This helps protect the skin barrier and keeps bacteria away.
As an esthetician I don’t wash my face in the morning with anything but water! I recommend it to a lot of my clients that have sensitive skin or active acne!
Always a joy to watch. Fairly new subscriber here. These are my favorite videos. I’m obsessed with skincare/ self love. It’s the best “me time” in my opinion. I have two boys who are 9 and 6 and I look forward to my skincare time.
if you love the snail cream, COSRX has just come out with their 'hyaluronic acid intensive cream' and this literally healed my skin over night! its a combination of cream and gel it's literally the perfect consistency it's a staple in my routine now.
i need to try the bondi sands express tan!!! i love the tanolgist drops for face tan mixed with moisturiser👌but your face tan always looks stunning so might have to buy🫶
Such a good video! I will say I use Differin nightly and it’s made such a difference in my skin. The only warning is do not get your eyebrows waxed while using a retinoid like Differin- I made this mistake and the skin around my eyebrows literally ripped off!! Kind of a horror story but I still use the product lol
how many times a week do you exfoliate? my perioral dermatitis came back recently a thousand times worse than I've ever seen on anyone...I'm back on antibiotics but I'm so nervous about putting anything on my skin
Try Rosex cream for your perioral dermatitis. I developed it during lockdown when I was trying too many skin products and ruined my skin barrier. It took a long time to work out that's what it was, and as mentioned in the video I was prescribed steroids which made it worse, but eventually I tried Rosex cream and got it from an online pharmacy. Small amount morning and night, it took it away in about a month and whenever I see it starting to flare up, I just start using it again for a week or so. Hasn't flared up in a long time now. It's SUPER important that you get the cream, not the gel. Can't stress this enough! The gel form has alcohol in and will ultimately dry out the impacted area which isn't what you want. BUT the cream is amazing!
