Hey friends, the last Morning Pranyama was so popular, I thought it's time for a new one. This one is a very calming practice and can be practiced anytime you feel stressed. What did you think about it?

I usually find myself breathing a bit longer in and then out, in comparison to your guidance. Usually you're too quick for my body/lungs. Should I adapt to you or should I stick with the rhythm that I find more natural for me? Thank you :) Some before bed routine would be nice too. Or midday :)
It’s great to listen to your body, if the guidance feels too forced ☺️ just focus on balancing in and exhales and go at the pace that feels good to you 🙏 I will make more and different routines for different times for sure, thank you for the feedback!
The alternate nostril breathing and the brahmari (humming bee breath) are great before bed. Both are part of this video 😊 might film a night time breathing routine soon 🙏
Would you share which specific it is? I'm quite tall and some of the cushions are just too shallow. I need something higher and you seem to have exactly that. Thanks 😊
