Seeing the Daddy daughter time is so sweet. So many of my happiest memories is doing projects with my Daddy. There is just something special about being a daddy's girl. Might I add there is nothing wrong with it either. Savor those times. I miss my Dad so much. Thank you for sharing this with us. So sweet.

I always watch your vids to the end! ♥️ I think going just a touch darker with your hair would be cute!! Keeping lighter toned highlights definitely gives dimension to hair (especially for curls and updos) which is possibly why going all dark might be something you’d regret.

I've always also been inclined to have blonde highlights in my darker hair but recently I have gone a full dark brown and wow I have never been blown away with so many compliments, people even notice that I have hazel eyes with greens. Kinda shocked but think a darker brown will bring out your natural beauty!!! You always look so amazing though❤️💕🌸

You should definitely get a textured ceramic pot for the new living room tree! A cream colored ceramic type of pot would be beautiful. Pottery Barn or Crate & Barrel usually has really nice large size pots for trees that size!

Office is beautiful! Just a suggestion, I’d change the black and white pictures in your office to photographs or art with some color! I feel like it would really complete the room and bring so much life. The rest of your office is so light and calming and I feel like the harsh black frames with the black pictures looks slightly harsh in the space.

My hair colour was the same as yours more or less until recently and I went slightly darker but with lighter highlights and that was such a good decision. Hard to explain but it looks so healthy and felt like such a good but not too dramatic change. Can’t wait to see the backyard all done!! It’s looking good! x Jenelle

After spending nearly all of the summer in triple digits, I am glad for a cool down! Enjoy those fall starbucks brews for those of us allergic to their coffee! As for hair suggestions I like the shade darker with pops of color. I am a natural strawberry blonde so I get the best of both worlds in the summer and fall.

You are so lucky that you have childhood friends you still have contact with. I was raised by parents that migrated to work in the fields I went to 22 schools in my lifetime including the college I went to. I don’t even remember kids I went to school with from moving so often. Good friends are a blessing. Your dad is awesome to help you out.

I wonder if a bold office chair would fit the space. Something in the earth tones (deep green, burgundy). Almost like how you have the black box above the stove to contrast all the white in the kitchen. Could be why the beige/cream ones don’t seem to work?

Yes go dark! Highly highly recommend to gear towards your natural hair color, I finally stopped bleaching my hair two years ago after a decade or more of keeping up with it and I’m SO happy and hardly miss it

Yes to the darker hair for fall! I think it will be a nice change!! Also, pro tip, put a damp piece of paper under your cutting board so it doesn't move around and you cut more safely ;)

Honestly, your dad has such a great sense of style. He just knows how to put things together to make them fit. Was he in the architectural business? My husband, who was a general contractor and loved the finishing part of a house, recently closed our business as he retired, he has such a sense of just being able to put things together that just makes sense. I think the ceramic/terracotta pot with look perfect for the plant. I’ve seen some people use them as an accent piece to help elevate a space. After you can maybe string some lights over the patio for a cozy evening. They have them solar too. Also, I love the relationship you have with your dad ☺️

I just wanted to give some friendly advice, but I feel like the short pot that you got is a little too short and stubby for the space, especially compared to the height of the tree and the console next to it. You should get a much taller and elongated pot for the tree to balance out the space a little bit better. I feel like after awhile the pot is going to look a little funny with how tall everything else in the space is. Again just some friendly advice but maybe try editing a couple pot styles and seeing which looks better :).

If you want to keep the basil plant producing, cut the basil leaves where you see two new leaves growing. It will look like a Y (🌱) with a stem coming up at the V part. I’m sure there is a video to better explain this lol. That way you will always have new leaves growing and you can make the most out of your plant 🩷🩷

Of course you’re beautiful either way blah blah blah but I think you should stay light a bit longer. I had to stop bleaching because my hair was too damaged I had to do a big chop and honestly was breaking my pockets but if you can afford it and you’re hair isn’t compromised then keep it going for a bit more. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wow thats so crazy! In the beginning of the video i was thinking how good you would look with darker hair 😍 but your highlights are becoming more subtle, I don’t think you need to colour it darker, maybe let your natural hair grow and maybe just do a cut instead?
