I love trio 🎉 it does what it says it will do! She’s right, no hydrator from Sephora or Ulta will do what trio does. It changed my dry dehydrated skin within days! Instead of my complexion being dull and tight it now has a bounce and plumpness to it. The last time my skin looked like that was when I was 5

I have always used spf and brightening serums on my decolette during the day and it works - no pigmentation there.

Would love to know which one you recommend, Alastin HA, Skin Better Science trio or Hidrinity. Also I have very reactive and sensitive skin so cannot use the ZO pads. Do you have an alternative recommendation for a similar product that is fragrance free.

I wish I can afford to get more products. Mine is more simple, sometimes I skip morning wash with soap, just use water, then glycolic acid, sometimes I don’t use it, from neck down, I use body retinol cream, the some moisture in certain spots on body and face, then sunscreen. I have rosacea but I don’t use my prescription daily because I’m able to recognize when I will get flare ups, to know when I need it. (Mainly in the winter) Thank you for sharing!

As long as you wash your face every day, use a retinol and sunscreen, you are doing it right!!!

Can you use the glycolic pads if you are eczema prone due to menopausal changes in your skin I always could use everything from retinol to vitamin C to exfoliating pads. I find that my skin flares up.

As always excellent presentation. And again, I ask every time, please try to provide a budget "dupe" for the Alastin, Better Skin, and Zo line. They are simply not affordable. I just cannot imagine that the gentle and high performing face wash is only produced by SkinBetter.(not

I always say, there are no dupes for the peptide serums. If you want an inexpensive peptide serum, save your money and buy a product from another category. Peptides are large molecules and will just sit on the skin and do nothing unless they are uniquely formulated to actually penetrate the skin. So most products are a waste of money. As far as cleansers. I don't know of any other cleanser that has the non stripping botanical complex of the Skinbetter cleansing gel or the proprietary ZO formulations that incorporate micellar ingredients to help thoroughly cleanse the skin. I really want to make sure that when people do go out to spend money on skincare, they don't fall for the marketing schemes and spend hundreds of dollars on products that are fragranced cheap emollients that will do nothing for the skin.

I'm interested in the cleansing gel for my type 1 super sensitive rosacea. You mentioned it will take off makeup/sunscreen. So there is no need to double cleanse when using this??

The idea of a double cleanse is a deep cleanse to take off any additional residues or deep clean the pores more. You can use the cleansing gel, wash for 1 min, rinse and wash again a second time using cleansing gel if you like. It depends on how much makeup/sunscreen you had on during the day.

Do you think the ZO routine is good for even 67 yr old skin. I started on the regime 3 months ago. It seems my skin has lost the glow & is more dry. I usually have normal/dry skin. I use the hydrating cleanser, peel pads a few times a week, exfoliating polish a few times a week, Brightalive Skin Brightener, Daily Power Defense, and Wrinkle & Texture Repair. I am wondering if it might be too harsh for my "mature" skin.

I get comments like this so often. I don't know if you chose the ZO regimen or if a specialist chose it for you but ZO is VERY strong, it requires deliberate thought when putting together a routine and in some cases there may be "expected or anticipated reactions" which are transient. I would say ZO is an excellent choice but you need to have a point of contact to make sure your skin is adjusting properly. This is one reason why I do virtual consults. I want to try those ZO pads so badly but with alcohol as the second ingredient, I can’t see how those won’t dry the heck out of my skin. I live in a very dry climate. Your professional thoughts on that, please? Thanks!

they are not for everyone. It could be too drying for dry skin. The idea is to remove oil so your creams will penetrate, if you don't have oil to begin with, you likely don't need them

I have significant sun damage on my chest. Crepiness and melasma. I've been working on it for years. I use adapaline, and in office micro needling, on my chest. I get no redness or peeling or other irritation. I also do red light on it and moisturize the heck out of it. It has definitely improved over time but it's slow.
