MORNING YOGA Part 1
Every morning, as the first rays of sunlight peeked over the horizon, the world seemed to pause in a tranquil moment of serenity. The air was crisp and fresh, carrying the promise of a new day. In a quiet garden, surrounded by blooming flowers and the gentle hum of nature, a mat was rolled out on the soft, dewy grass.
As the day began to awaken, the practitioner stepped onto the mat, feeling the earth beneath their feet, grounding them in the present moment. They started with a deep breath, inhaling the cool morning air, feeling it fill their lungs and energize their body.
