This is a neat idea to mix everything for the marinade including the preserved lemon flesh together, one wants to make yummy food but quickly and this recipe is fairly snappy, I cook chicken tagine Moroccan style the traditional way but it’s more time consuming, haven’t tried fish tagine but will do and let you know!

Wow! As always you amaze me with these dishes! So much flavor, and of course the editing and presentation are magnificent. I loved the final table with all the sides as well, it looks like a full dinner, nice and satisfying. Also loved that marinade on the fish. Yummy!

Yes absolutely! All the flavours stay within the pot so everything just tastes so delicious. The juices and gravy that resulted from cooking this way was just incredible 😋
The next time I fix this I will leave out the Cayenne pepper, and only use 1/4 of the fermented lemon. All I could taste was the Cayenne pepper and the lemon
