It really varies on the specific lot size and the size of the home. A standard size for The Carleton is 2300 sq ft and on a zero lot will run you about $775,000+. Once you get on a conventional lot, you're sitting a little above $800,000. On a walkout lot, that's where you'll see prices move above $850,000. Pie shaped walk out lot overlooking water feature compared to standard walk out lot will vary as well since prices can be up to $30,000 higher.
