I love how at 1:40 the security guard is chasing the girl, but then is like "ok you can touch Morrissey real quick", and only after takes her off stage
I’m in my 50s following Morrisseydince the 80s. It’s beautiful to see how the young and young to be my kids are following as well!!! The legacy is still there!
There are no words to describe how I feel about Morrissey. He is so unique and wonderful and beautiful and talented and every other positive adjective that exists in any language. I have never been to any of his live concerts, because he rarely comes to perform in the East Coast of the US, but it is certainly on my bucket list. If I was to see him live, I would definitely try to jump on stage for a hug.
baby j....just gotta say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed every single one of your MozVegas captures to this point!!! You do a such great job. Awesome video...amazing audio. We are so fortunate to have you in our midst.
Well. Looked like over baring company Casino Security to me. Cough/Cough. Don't mention 'The Mob' as apparently still to to this Day places such as these in Vagas routinely give Visiting Performers so much Cash in Hand, plus Expenses. They make you an offer, even Morrissey couldn't refuse. Hence he's there frequently. True Story. As alot of previous Artists have mention it as fact.
Morrissey es el Caballero de los rockeros de a pie y esta buenísimo que generaciones posteriores que no vivieron esa gran época de los 80 con The Smiths, disfruten de su Música.
So so so much class for his audience! Wow, a true master and one of the last great performers we will see. It takes true gratitude for your audience and poise to handle all the interruptions by adoring fans while maintaining an incredibly sound composure. That's when you know your watching someone who has become a master of their art. On levels not seen since Elvis, BB King, and Bowie! Thank you for seeing how much love is being given and knowing folks are just grateful, not intentionally disrespectful. It's hard sometimes for us wee people to be contained when our hum drum lives are amazingly interrupted by something that gives us amazing joy and therefore act out and express it in ways we probably know we shouldn't but sometimes can't restrain. Thanks, a real master.
I tell you what it fills me with joy happiness to see morrisey enjoying his self with his fans and the fans how excited they are to touch him and well done to the security dealt with so professional on all the videos I have seen
I have not yet seen him live. I really should try harder. A phenomenal songwriter. His lyrics are insightful, clever and the stuff of genius. From shows I have viewed online it is clear that he is a brilliant live performer also.
Whaattt..!!??? Under which rock have you been living for years.!?? 😅😢😢 omg!! You have NO FUCKEN IDEA WHAT YOU ARE MISSING!! He is still touring this year and next year !!! DO IT!!!! I have seen him now about 32 times - since 2003 - and he is ALWAYS AMAAZIING!!! & the fans too! ❤ just saw him in San Francisco and Oakland (California) both nights ❣️🤍❤️🔥❤️🎸🎹🎙
@@mcveljo I hope he’ll return here, to Ireland, If so I would make it a priority to get a ticket. I find his songwriting ability to be second to none. He can be political, observant, controversial but never cruel. Also his songs are produced in a way that makes the listener think. He can also be a brilliant story teller. All in all I am a fan of his. Again I must set a course an plan a mission to see him in concert.
Thank you….This reminds me of Wolverton….1988…I hope Morrissey makes it to NYC…..❤️ I’m old enough to have been able to see him much younger? But was into a different scene….Thank you for your videos…
I was at the July 2nd Venue at Caesars, Morrissey was singing "How Soon is Now" (last song) and literally he could NOT finish it due to all people jumping on stage :/
I was there that night and I think you are being a bit dramatic, he definitely finished the song and seemed to be embracing the people coming on stage, hence the shirt he wore….”Darling, I hug ❤️ Morrissey”
@@Grace-kh5hx You're correct Grace, Morrissey did finish the song, but sadly wasn't able to sing the song entirely word for word. I get it, I've seen multiple of his concerts, and tons of people jump on stage and hug their idol. Just sucks for the rest of us, who paid good money to see him perform his amazing songs. Will this stop me from seeing him? , absolutely not. Glad we were able to see this charming 63yr man.
I’ve never seen so many women saluting Morrissey. I come from a generation that is all straight guys jumping on stage to bow down to him. I’m getting old!
Not a particular fan of Morrissey or The Smiths but love a few of his/their tracks, this being one of them. I cannot make my mind up if he loves his audience and this is why he allows stage invasion, or if he just loves being idolised.
I wondered this too and I think neither, he is making his fans happy, he had 6 performances in less than 2 weeks. I was there for one of them and there were many empty seats.
Someone mentioned he has issues with affection in his life , and kinda makes sense. Also remember him saying he didn’t care for women or somehrong but he’s not gay apparently ? I think he’s on the spectrum , this type of stuff is prob like the only touch he gets But I know nothing about him that’s just the feel I get from different tidbits that he’s abnormal. I’m not really a big fan I barely know him But I saw an old 1983 performance and the same stuff was happening with ppl coming on stage to hug him so think it’s just smth that happens at every show
Great song! I remember the album was a bit of a flop in the UK when first released but this was realised as a single and was .. I think..? the first time as record of the week on BBC radio 1 and 2.
His expression's and body language would suggest to me that he's not particularly comfortable with the bizarre conveyor belt of adoring fans! Great charismatic performer, none the less.
He loves it. This is nothing new. He has been having fans come to stage to hug him since he began performing 40 years ago. People are a lot more gentle now-a-days, though. Watch some Smiths live shows, you'll see.
What struck me seeing old smiths footage is the fact of life that if you’re a soft male you get disrespected. They were straight up abusing him. He’s very docile by nature but it does show why you have to be stern as a man. I remember in HS the same thing with a nice male teacher everyone just disrespected him every day until he became visibly unhappy . Cruel world. To me it shows ppl complain about male being macho or whatever but men are like that because of people. Speaking as a soft man myself, life has taught me this is wrong way to be. And it bothers me when women complain about men always posturing. They don’t get it. You can be soft on the inside but you can’t be on the outside. People are abusers , even your own fans ! Crazy shit .. Makes sense why he’s a misanthrope I saw video of death grips, a woman came on stage and he immediately physically threw her off. I thought it was a jerk move but I get it , honestly. People are manipulative bullies, they’ll say you’re a bad guy but if you let them do it they’ll abuse you. It’s just human nature
great to see theres still people that love him all this shit degenrates post online makes me think everyone hates him and me for liking him but i guess i was wrong this makes me happy
Not a popular opinion I’m sure , but here goes! Far too much crowd interaction in my opinion. Some of the footage I’ve seen he’s visually irritated and I don’t blame him!
its just part of his shows. Me and my brother went to see him when he played preston guild hall (4 thousand seater) about 10 years ago and there were people literally climbing over all the seats and dangling from the top section of the seats to try and get on stage, it was mayhem and im surprized noone broke their arms.
Actually! I was there and he didn’t come even close to being offensive! Woman straight RUSH Morrissey, this guy just wanted a hug or a touch. But he was pushed away and thrown out the side. So the only thing offensive was those actions and this comment.
