I’m from Massachusetts, and the whole state went through so dread much the year before with what happened in Boston (referring to the marathon bombing). I was not at this show, but knowing this song, I think this was just a moment that night for Boston. May explain why there’s not a lot of WOOOOOing and annoying whistling and drunk guys screaming YEAH. That’s why this is my favorite performance of this song. At least for me. Hands down. ☮️💟
