i WORKED AT A CLUB IN TEMPE, AZ AND MORRISSEY PLAYED AT OUR CLUB, I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE MADNESS OF PEOPLE TRYING TO GRAB HIM OR JUST TOUCH THE GUY, IT WAS INSANE. I BROUGHT HIM WATER BEFORE THE SHOW, HE ASKED MY NAME IF I LIKED ARIZONA AND HE SAID MUCH TOO HOT HERE FOR ME. ANYWAYS........NICE GUY.
Was a good choice i think. My brother died on valentines day 2024 he was 51 years old.... thats not an age... since that day iam trying to live my life i had before. Since 5 months iam at home .... try to get my live back.... try to be alive
Only one Moz and never another. His 2023 2024 shows pack the same driving power as in his early days. His music is unique, like no other. Who is singing along with this? Peace to all out there!
He still has a fantastic unique voice live and puts on an amazing show. Even with age and troubles with illness over the years his voice for me is still excellent live, which for many singers isn’t the case, usually with age it deteriorates. A few still with great voices with age Moz, Robert Smith, Thom Yorke. Can’t think of many others I actually like and are any good. I worked this MORRISSEY show at the then MEN Arena as Sound & Lighting Road crew and watched the full show from side of the stage, it was an excellent show if your a Smiths or Moz fan, and watching for free and then getting paid to take the sound & lighting rig down afterwards made it so much better.
His voice is so good because he is Yahushua Himashiac Himself. That is "God" for the Aĺl'ah of My fine friends that are not Abel to read names spelled out with a middle~eastern drawl...
When Morrisey left the stage, The band said their final goodbye Guitar and bass, the drummer too The keyboardist the last to go The music has left us all behind But the beat just carries on Each fan with a smile and a tear And memories of the show The memories of that fateful night Live on in our hearts and minds As all the fans said goodbye We'll never forget that amazing night
Take me out tonight Where there's music and there's people And they're young and alive Driving in your car I never, never want to go home Because I haven't got one Anymore Take me out tonight Because I want to see people And I want to see life Driving in your car Oh, please don't drop me home Because it's not my home, it's their home And I'm welcome no more And if a double-decker bus Crashes into us To die by your side Is such a heavenly way to die And if a ten ton truck Kills the both of us To die by your side Well, the pleasure, the privilege is mine
I really love the way this was filmed. The performance was great and how they ended the show with each individual member walking off stage, engaging with the crowd. Then to watch the ending where everyone leaves and the afterglow is just the best feeling😅. Cool song and performance!
I've watched this so many times and just now realized how they ended it. It's so unique and amazing. Showcases each members contribution and ability so well. Wish other bands did this
Reminds me so much of my best friend, could have been written for him. He was going through hell with his family when he came out and we had another friend who had a car & would drive us round all night when he needed to escape. Both are gone now- I hope they’re still driving together somewhere 😢😢
I think Morrissey and The Smiths are Icons. Loved them since the 80's. They were big in Los Angeles. Now 67 years old. The first time I heard The Smiths How Soon Is Now. I was hanging out with friends at Griffith Park at a cove. Where everybody would get high and just have a good time. It was so well hidden not even the cops knew about it till later when the neighbors could hear the music blasting. Man! those were good times. What Up Tim and Eric.
E um ótimo astro não estás porcarias que querem nos empurraram boca abaixo , são antigas mas a gente não enjoa de escutar , já não posso dizer de uns lixos da atualidade. BOA noite a todos, salve , QUENN THE SMITS , MORRISSEY , ELTON JONH, U 2 , DIRE STRETS PINK FLOYD , E OUTROS MAIS.
That was a perfect concert and I was there - I was also blessed to see the Smiths play live a few times - the greatest band of my life - happy memories.

Poco conocido? 😂
@@juhos30000 Fantastic musicians, but the bassist, make me crazy. Keyboardist and the coordination of the both hands, wow, diferent melodies same time, genius!!!
@Morrissey right a nice surprise another smile on my face not alot of smiles down here today heaven knows their misrable now I wanna walk over rossendale hills to get muddy and lost to wandering around aimlessly and breathe damp green air for freedom soggy wet near another Room
Intelligent quiet I reckon maybe shy alittle wondering about thing's I'm thinking your a thoughtful person and can't lose your roots but why should you me neither
The loneliness this song evoked in me driving in a car full of my friends from our suburban town to the city on a Friday night, each of us alone in our thoughts. Melancholy and magical.
So damn good. Remember hearing this in Chicago in 1987. Why was I listening to this while everyone else was listing to house music (which was great too). Oh for the smiths to get together again.
