Morrowind on Android (OpenMW) - 50 Vanilla Mods + Grass 

What is the name of the grass mod and how is it installed Bro? and thank you very much for leaving the settings.cfg it improved my performance a lot, isn't there any other extra thing that you know to improve the fps?

sorry, inside your openMW program folder there will be a "config" folder which inside contains a settings.cfg... you can copy and paste what I've put on pastebin in the description to hopefully get some performance headroom for mobile devices which i used to get decent performance in this video 🥰 1. Open settings.cfg which can be found in the config folder of your openMicrowave installation. 2. Copy the text i have provided through the pastebin link in the description. 3. Save the settings.cfg folder and check if you have gotten a sizable performance increase

@@Dostoy_ sorry RU-vid isn't notifying when people reply to my comments... if anyone is having same issue... .cfg into OMW because that's the target of these changes, not morrowind itself:) iiiifffff you are trying to mod the PC version i believe you need a specially compiled version of openMW for the settings.cfg to even be read... if on mobile, it's already compiled in such a way

for anyone else wondering, when you open your main interface with the bag and stats, there's a button on the map box you can click to have it always show

there's a language setting but it may be in russian so click around until you see something that says English 😢

hi yes I have Aesthesia Groundcover in my current mod list, if you use sisah's version of openMW you can easily add the mod files and it will work... forum.openmw.org/viewtopic.php?t=5626&start=600#top has a link to a compiled version of sisahs version...

I play with my charger plugged in, and it's fine... definitely easy to get your phone running hot if you tinker hehe google pixel 3 xl has pretty terrible thermals to begin with, so not bad in my opinion

@@ethanwasme4307 Do you think that 5GB of ram and a 750G SD processor could run graphics mods at 30fps minimum?

@@MrQuackk I play on 3gb ram phone and I get 50-80 fps on max visibile distance (I customized my phone a bit from the developer options that's why I'm able to get up to 120 fps on a weak phone)

I had to find that settings cfg someone was kind enough to post on nexus I can play with morrowind enhanced textures now on my s10 plus without any heat at all now and moderate battery usage

To install openMW or the mods?

@@ethanwasme4307 the mods bro, I looked for a way to install and I didn't find.

@@frangofrito2547 openMW supports 2 ways of adding mods... I use the old method of extracting the files into the main morrowind folder data folder. When choosing mods to install, you need to be aware that mods that use "script extender" will not work with open MW... Unless it says "script extender LUA" which is designed for openMW... If you have a specific problem when trying to add mods, describe below and maybe i can help more 😋

@@frangofrito2547 you should be able to follow the PC tutorials from your cellphone alone if you have an archive extractor 😸 If you would like a link to a video tutorial where i can see it will work, i can send a link

Not necessarily... There's a lot you can do with the configuration files to lower quality and gain performance... I've had it working on a Samsung A01 or something and it had 2gb of ram 🥵 Would just take a bit of work and know-how
