Skip to 7:17 to go straight to the mod Bloodmoon will also continue after I finish off this horror mod. I've been really enjoying coming back to cover these Morrowind mods!
I may have the attention span of a sponge but funnily enough, I don't think I've ever skipped through your videos. You must be doing something right because usually I watch about 40 seconds of a video before I click off.
I know, right? I remember having a chat with Vivec, and he basically said: "Maybe you'll kill me one day. Not like I could stop you. You'd just reload a quicksave."
@@MrBrimbles for real, some of those 6th house dungeon creep me out even at the end game levels when you're basically an immortal god with armor chiselled from the sun itself
Literally every creepy pasta about video games starts with a mod that someone "hears about online" and its "deleted everywhere" except for a single link in some obscure spot... If this is the last video Micky uploads then I think we know he got killed by spooky ghosts :(
@@banaanzxcvbnm Well this sounds an awful lot like what a ghost who was trapped inside a haunted mod would say... Do you have any proof that you are not a cursed soul who is damned to eternally suffer inside a modified version of Morrowind?
My idea for a horror mod would be a simple weapon mod, but it secretly adds a herobrine-like entity into the game that stalks the player and stares at them in the distance, maybe a few npcs start saying unnerving things sometimes.
Wasn’t there a Morrowind creepy pasta based around this? Where some unknown entity followed you around and the npcs were seen looking at the night skies saying “watch the skies, traveller.”
To really get in the mood, I am watching this alone, in the dark, completely naked. For the next part I may cover myself in blood and light some lesser demonic candles.
Any other video: "Of course it's raining when I want to record content. Damn Rain" Horror mod video: "I love the rain. I don't know if the rain is programed in, or if it's just good timing"
Now imagine if the game really knew Micky D's name and this was a real creepypasta, so after he read the letter he would be jumpscared, his pc would turn off imediately and Fargoth would appear in the corner of his room and kill him, later deleting his channel and turning into the boogeyman of basement losers
Morrowind was always a horror game. Thinking about getting attacked by a cliff racer and not being able to hit back even though youre shooting a f****** fireball from 2cm away just gives me the chills.
Feckin' hell, I remember that mod. Probably still have the files somewhere on an old external hard drive as well. You are also quickly becoming one of my favorite "newer" youtubers!
ive been told my creepy pasta voice is really good if only i read creepypastas on my channel... maybe i should... dammit micky now is not the time for you to give me a realization about possible life choices!
20:48 No one gonna mention that the carnival sound effect is an excerpt of the first 10 seconds of Brighton Rock by Queen on a loop? Idk why I felt the need to notice that but aight then.
@@bibtebo I can only assume that you were meaning to ask Bolgan? If that's the case, he basically advised Sebastian to forget about women and focus on bettering himself, because relationships nowadays are a waste of time.
I grew up playing Morrowind when I was a kid. My dad found the game in the trash at a flea market, I quickly fell in love with the game. I am rejoiced to see that the Morrowind community is alive and well. I did a full playthrough a couple of months ago. The next time a du a full play, I would like to try the VR mode that is under development, that would be a crazy experience.
Oh yeah the MW community's in great shape. It was getting dicey there around 2014/2015 but starting in 2016 the younger generation started getting really interested in Morrowind. It's genuinely heartwarming to see kids who may not have actually grown up with Morrowind at its heyday still find so much to love about the game.
There’s still 7 minutes left in the video and this is my favorite video you’ve made, good work! I would totally watch a Skyrim or oblivion horror mod or something like this for morrowind again. Also You should totally upload that creepy pasta video you made
Vigilant in Skyrim has horror elements, and it’s a wonderful quest mod (but the English voice acting for some of the characters kinda kill the vibe. But there are plenty of decent or amazing ones there) the music is godly
Theres also mod called Clockwork but its short same us Wheels of Lull. I think the horror one can be Glenmoril maked by Vicn too but its unfinished. Like i dont know how other think, but for me creepiest (not scarriest mods) are The Tale of Tsatampra Xiros and Maelstrom. Edit : I saw theres mod called Beyond Reach, never played it but seemed creepy too.
@@father6027 I don’t remember if Clockwork is the one with the cyborg dwemer. If it is, it’s a cool mod! Personally, I think at the end it got boring and repetitive but it’s nice And Glenmoril actually got an English dub, and from what I know is finished!
Well this is nostalgic. I remember playing through this several times, along with the original defunct version that would always crash your game in Suran when this big ol' tacky hell portal would open by the docks (which doesn't happen in this version). I've always been entertained by this mod, if only because it's so campy and of its time. The door room still sucks though. I don't think I still have the original version in storage but I definitely have this version, along with with many other mods that I've kept in storage for years and years. Also, if you're looking for more horror, the Underground mod has some parts of it (like the infamous doll house). That mod is a trip and a half.
Micky I absolutely love your content and channel and it’s inspired me to make my own channel. I love your style of content I’d like to make videos like yours.
I recognize these monsters, or at least most of them. They come from another old mod that is hard to find, ads a ton of monsters, several with unique and interesting scripting. Can look it up if anyone wants to know what it is
For Oblivion I could suggest either Dungeons of Ivellon or Gates to Aesgaard. Ivellon is less focused on horror but it gets a pretty terrifying ambiance and more passive horror Aesgaard is a 2 episode (Was supposed to have an episode 3 too but it never came) mod series that is entirely focused on horror. The mod author actually went on to make a full fledged horror game called Lethe Personally I'd say Ivellon is better unless you prefer horror games like Silent Hill, then Aesgaard might be your jam
surprised it took you awhile to find the mod, the morrowind mod archive is filled with unironically good mods so thats usually the 2nd place i look for mods when not on nexus
You want horror in Skyrim? Play the VIGILANT mod (Act 3 specifically, it's like Silent Hill) Or you can play GLENMORIL which is quite scary and dreadful all around (though it is not finished yet and not voice acted, but is still goddamn unsettling)
This mod is A Lot bigger than these caves :D It would Also be a Great Project for Modder's to clean it up a bit / Take over. It's a classic and makes me happy to see it get some love, Micky D :)
Ever since you uploaded this video, I decided to download this mod and give it a try. I will tell you this about this mod. It is BIG. There is a lot of things going on in this mod that will leave you scratching your head trying to figure out. I pretty much finished it. Though there is still more to it I think. Still trying to get the run down on this entire mod. Last bit, be prepared for VERY tough foes.
9:59 I actually got freaked out when I saw your name on that, I’m not gonna lie. 😆 Halls of Insomnia and Gates to Aesgaard are two Oblivion horror mods I’ve heard about. I think they’re for Oblivion.
There's a mod for Skyrim and Skryrim SE that adds a rough replica of the mansion from Resident Evil 1, and while not exactly especially scary (the assets are largely native), it does have lots of charm and it's fun to see.
Omg I remember Playing this when I was a child and it was absolutely terrifying for me, I ran through it with tgm and it still scared the shit out of me... So nostalgic
I played this mod years and years ago, could never remember what it was called. That part with the lantern cutting through the darkness suddenly brought back all those memories!
