1 Hour Of Cut Content In Skyrim 

For those wondering: bethesda actualy cut all this content because it wasn't glitchy enough to fit into the game.

I really wish they added that content to the Civil War.. The normal one just feels like killing organized bandits with friends.

Sent to investigate 4 missing apprentices, find out they are all dead, given a Staff of Zombies for your trouble. That's in poorer taste than the "put to rest" line.

That's stupid man, they should've kept that civil war content in the game. It would've made the questline more meaningful and make you feel like your choices matter.

2:07 You can see here that Tullius wants to execute the Stormcloaks and be done with the Rebellion but Elenwen from the Thalmor wants the prisoners to be handed to her (Probably to prolong the Civil War and weaken the Empire). But Tullius refuses... Clearly General Tullius is a great Leader. Caught Ulfric in a trap in Skyrim (suppsedly Ulfric's territory) even though it is still months that he stayed in skyrim. He wants to fight the Thalmor but he can't because the Emperor he serve forbids them.

I love how at 53:05 the Imperial soldier said, “send Ulfric my regards” and then got axed by Ulfric himself

One of these that always bothered me was the missing apprentices in Winterhold; still being able to ask about them and find their scenes and items with no way to turn them in. Kept em anyway to remember those poor cut fools.

At 17:51, when he accidentally took the bowl instead of all the valuables and quest item... i felt that. Its so typical, so Skyrim...

This is so much cut content that would’ve made Skyrim an True 10/10 game imo. Literally actual battles and not fetch like quests.... Unique npcs that are able to be fought in the pit fights... hell this could’ve being dlc for 5-10dollars minimum or free updates and could’ve being great

21:40 This one's the most bizarre thing to have been cut. Why? The location itself wasn't cut, but the NPCs, as the section states, was. Thus, when you enter this location, it's completely void of anyone around.

having just a few extra farmsteads (like the ones shown as being cut from the game) would have given the lands of skyrim way more realism as in not having '90% of skyrim is bandits? yeah, sure'

why did they cut the civil war questline? this looked so good, and was basically fleshed out enough to be a final product.

You see all this cut content should have been added to ps4, xbox one versions of Skyrim. Like they could have done what the Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom re-hydrated is doing where they're adding the cut content that didn't make it in the game the first time.

Imagine fighting for the thalmor in the civil war, and trying to prolong it as long as possible without getting caught

I always found the College of Winterhold and characters to be boring it (bar Tolfidr) they just didn't add much to the college, the few added quest may have been simple but certain would have got you immersed in the game more.

Still don’t understand how Bethesda couldn’t get more voice actors

How I WISH we could’ve had the Thalmor as a third joinable Civil War faction. Just so we could see their perspective or how they’d handle their role as a secondary antagonistic force in the story.

I wish we could see the cut quest of Mephala when Balgruuf's siblings kill him and his brother replace him as Jarl of Whiterun. Also it is miss the second quest of Boethiah when you have to kill Elisif

No doubt why they cut the intro... The writing is bad... The dialoge tell too much stuff going on in skyrim. Except that Tullius and thalmor dialoge, i think its good imo

I do like the idea of Ulfric being around with you from the escape of Helgen, helps establish him better as being one of the power players in Skyrim

Hits you a bit harder when you realize they could've added all of this back into Skyrim via Special Edition. They had what, a couple years? More than enough time to add all of this back in and then have some time left to work on other shit. If they'd have added just a few of the bigger things that were cut (quest-line stuff having to do with factions & etc), it truly would've made the remaster "special".

That torolf death was even more touching with the extra dialogue.

Yow that kid, his fathrr and Hadvar scene is sad why did they remove that tho it emphasizes the Helgen Attack more and adds feelings to the characters of Helgen and even help Froki's and the kids relationship with the dragonborn more. I always just past it cause I thought that my escape was more important but if that was not cut I would stay and watch the scene better.

It always bothered me how there were bodies and possessions of other students scattered around Winterhold and none of the teachers seemed to care. I guess we know why now. O.o Thanks for sharing!

You can really see how the stormcloaks are doing so well the way Ulfric just tears through imperials in the escape with ulfric version

The first one is what Skyrim is like in an alternative reality.

The intro heavily favors the rebellion. Anyone who heard Ralof speak the way he did would more than likely choose the Stormcloaks over the Empire

All of these cut contents made skyrim look immersive.

4:04 The mod called 'Cutting Room Floor' put this sense to permanent when you got to Whiterun stables first time.

Seeing the changes to the tutorial, especially with Ulfric using the voice to fight with you, feels like it would have helped people feel much more excited to learn just what he used and make people even more excited when they get that first shout.

That Skulvar & Uthgerd scene is actually in the game, but it is bugged were it only happens rarely.

Very glad they changed the opening cart dialogue. This is kind of the opposite of “show, don’t tell.”

It's funny if you think about it. They prepared content like arena fights, extra depth for the civil war quest and more things to do at the college of Winterhold. Yet for the anniversary edition, the only thing they are going to add is fishing.
