**Update**
The current world record for this category is now a 25:02 and the strategies used in it are very different. The video for it can be found in the playlist on my channel called "Current Best Runs".
Ended up taking a little bit more time than I thought, but it should be a useful video for learning the run. I go in depth and explain the entire route, given that you are somewhat familiar with Morrowind. If you are completely new to the game, I'd recommend playing it casually and completing at least the main quest and some other long quest line like one of the guilds.
Also, you cannot have any mods installed if you want to submit runs to speedrun.com. If you have the Steam version, here is a list of steps to revert back to unmodded Vanilla (copy pasted from Ygolnac on Steam Forums)
1: locate programs/steam/steamapps/common/morrowind
2: copy the saves somewhere else
3: uninstall morrowind via steam
4: go back to morrowind folder and manually delete it with all its content
5: reinstall morrowind
6: reput the saves into appropriate morrowind saves folder
If the mods were only graphical there are high chances that old saves with load properly, if you had mods that changed game mechanics, added land or changed something it's unlikely the saves will load again.
