Kintaro, Gojo from Jujutsu kaisen, Deadpool from marvel comics, Midas from Fortnite, Doom Slayer, Jotaro Kujo from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Darth Vader from Star Wars are my character choices in mortal kombat 1 dlc
Kabal. He HAS to be back. MK1 already has a really good lineup with all the characters and Kabal is just someone we need in there aswell (i hope other people's fav chars get added aswell)
I added him to my list partially because I'm curious how different he is now because the Kabal we know is after an invasion of Earthrealm by Outworld lead by Shao Kahn. Which eventually lead to Kabal suffering a severe injury and those injuries is the main reason for how he became the way he is in the earlier games. Since that hasn't happened (yet). Means he should play a little bit more like Stryker now

Kai is one of my favourites.. Also he is in intro dialogues. He seems to have the role of Bo Rai Cho. He is the master in the Wu Shi Academy. He is the master of Kung Lao, Raiden, Shujinko and all other shaolin monks
I'm hoping Kai gets one of those DLC slots as well as he's one of the few older MK charcters that has the biggest potential and been severely underused and underutilised for 17yrs he deserves a comeback.

As much as I want Onaga in MK1, putting him in would destroy his build up of his character. Saving him for MK2 would be a perfect opportunity, that way we have an entire game dedicated to him.
That thumbnail had me hyped foor the Predator returning as a guest character, then I realised it was klearly just supposed to be Sektor,,,which at this point would still be a welcome addition sfter sitting it out for a decade.
Honestly I really want kai, Fujin, jade, Skarlet, noob, kungjin, and Kabal for returning characters. I also think it would be really cool to get never before playable characters like jataaka, Kia, and Tasia. Maybe have the demon that got cut from mk4 too
It would be nice but I'm not certain if the large body characters like Goro, Kentaro and Onaga will be playable. Sheeva is small enough she might make it in and Blaze does have a more humanoid form so that version could be in too.
@@finger3306 I don't have a reason for thinking he won't be in it. But I do feel like there was a reason he is a Kameo and it was the one that came to mind. Hopefully either in a future update or the next game he will be playable along with the other Shokans.

Possibly the Cyber Initiative in the new era would be more or less just cyber suits. Since in Sub-Zero's Arcade ending, we see Sektor building some type of armor with nobody really inside it. Essentially the Cyber Initiative would be not like the Combine Overwatch from Half-Life 2, but instead more like Iron Man.
I rly hope Kano and Erron black make a return. Kano could be reimagined as a grappler kinda like reiko, and obv erron black cause he would fit perfectly in mk1 as just a bounty hunter that got caught up in the world

Every time I check MK video comments everybody always wants the same old same old characters I hope they shed light on characters we haven’t really seen much. Somebody like Kai, Kobra, Hatoru and others.
Maybe Sektor and Cyrax could be part of the Black Dragon this time around. And not be full on robots like you said, and just have cybernetics like Kano.
No, they will be Lin Kuei. When Smoke tells Scorpian that he can be grandmaster now, Scorpian replies with "You forget about Sector and Cyrax. Their loyalty to Bi Han runs absolute" or something like that.
@@FayWiz- I'm a huge fan of the band, since 1995... I think his design is amazing and I feel like they could do really great work with him. In the videoclip of the song "Speed of Light", he travels through different video game worlds. He is also now a collab in the game Dead By Daylight and it's really amazing what they did with him there.
I'm hoping for Torr at some point especially since we know Ferra is going to be a kameo. I doubt it'll happen but it'll be cool to have Ferra/Torr in MK1 even if Ferra is just a kameo.

Wasn't it 12 days ago you said they canceled the second combat pack and now they are about to release 14 new characters because Jonh Cena dlc character is coming? Watch in a week or two it will be a ghost town again in mk1 and you say they got canceled again so which is it? How am i to take your information seriously if not accurate?

It would make total sense that Shinnok can return. They had his amulet after all, FG Liu Kang and Geras mentioned "it should not exist" and Shao claiming "You think I don't know how to use my own weapon (or something close to that)"
Chances are, we’ll get at least 2 non MK characters from other franchises. Maybe like John Wick and maybe a popular Power Ranger like Tommy Oliver. They could even give him alternate Green suits, white suits, his Lord Drakken suit from the comics, his Zeo and Turbo red suits and even his black Dino Thunder suit! It would be epic if that happened
Kasual reminder that found slots do not equate to those slots being filled. Happened too many times that people get disappointed by this. Also they really need to make some adjustments to this game for kasuals I feel, story mode expansion for one. But also something else to keep playing, I would never have thought id miss the towers.
It would be cool to see new ninjas as well. Ones representing elements the current ninjas don't possess (So water, Fire, corrosion, smoke, darkness, ice, earth, are all out...). Could be some ninja that manipulates time in his moveset akin to Geras, or another ninja that summons an undead clone for kombos similar to Noob Saibot's darkness clones, or a ninja that can manipulate Lightning, but differs from Raiden. Or one that can manipulate space in a limited fashion. Metal, Soundwaves, UV rays or Light in general, or one that can freely manipulate his muscle mass upon certain moves at the moment of impact to create deadly blows and offset speed with power at critical times... idk. There's tons of possibilities.
Also would like to see Shujinko playable, as well as Daegon and Taven, Kobra, Jarek, hell bring any lesser known character and make them cool to boost their popularity. Fujin was epic as hell in 11, even though the game itself was kinda meh.
Hey underdawg, with the first one I disagree, I think that in sub zeros ending they are reviving the undead dragon army as it actually does directly state, also in a match up intro between Raiden and sub zero Raiden tells sub zero “the dragon army is defeated” directly referencing his ending, now I know most intros are not canon but I also believe that every ending in this specific game are epilogues to the end of the game, and so it may be at least a little bit of truth, I have no doubt that a cyber initiative could start as sub zero also states in the intro that he has more plans but not to offend you I just want to share my opinion as you stress us to do ❤
Seido is currently 3d era Order and Chaosrealm combined. Theory: the actions of Titan Havik and/or MK1 Havik split Seido into two realms. Perhaps Havik is horrified by the outcome and switches back to his Dairou identity. This would give a new canvass for many underdeveloped 3d era ideas. Maybe the Red Dragon characters could be reworked into a faction devoted to murder, instead of profit.
If they bring back Nightwolf ... which I am completely cool with ... 2 suggestions. #1. Call him Grey Cloud. Since identities and past lives are being messed around with in MK1 ... reintroduce an old favorite with a new, but accurate, name to go with the flow. #2. There should be a special ability whenever Nightwolf / Grey Cloud fights Peacemaker! If Peacemaker calls for Eagly ... Nightwolf / Grey Cloud can call on the spirit of Hana to momentarily affect Eagly and cause it to attack Peacemaker. This could open the doors to specialized counter attacks based on fighter matches!
I think it would be an interesting topic to talk about maybe hanzo as a playable character. i know scorpion already has a slot but maybe hanzo could play differently and give us a alternate more beefy version of scorpion. hope to get shoutout.

okay imagine nightwolf but he is working with jax and kenshi in the CIA (or whatever it is because I forgot its name) and he is always going undercover for them but when he does fight he can activate his spirits which each give him whole new movesets and for his fatal blow and some of his special moves he can turn into certain animals.
i really wish to see Boraicho again….i love the idea of a drunken fist style and i think he’d work well in the whole Madame Bo section of the story because he can just be a casual at her establishment
Well, in the storyline, they have Shinnoks amulet in the one scene so I already expected them to bring him back kinda like Shang Chong story or he hast to learn his powers or maybe they took it away and it’s Onaga this time who controls the amulet
