Honestly some of these designs were lost in translation from concept art ,underwhelming how some could have just been default alternates like Scorpions UOL skin or Johnny Cage UOL just doesnt scream titan level Johnny Cage seeing him running around in under armour (maybe shirtless with glowing green effects) this is why each season the skins add effects and details that should have been there to begin with
