They are really inspired by Ancient Rome and Greece for the design of reiko, you can tell by helmets and costumes.. First costume is inspired by Roman Gladiator, while the second is somewhat of a Noble/Aristocrat. He also has a third skin for evil version from Shang Tsung's timeline, which looks like a Barbarian Costume
Reiko has some Roman Gladiator themed helmets (galeas) and they look epic. my favourites are the one that looks like a Centurion Helmet and the lion one which is similar to Tigris from Gladiator and Hercules from GOWIII
00:33 finally he is Reiko Khan. btw its a missing opportunity how they limited customizable gear pieces from 3 to only 1. because of that General Shao's customizable item is only weapon and there are no gears for helmets
Albeit badass, Rain had some weird masks in MK11 when I saw them I was all like "how the hell do you wven see through that?" Reikos helmets be killing it!
I know surely Ermac its on the making aswell as the remaining ones but can I ask you something since seems google dont have even a single picture of the new Ermac designs, can you show at least one of designs with the photo mode? It dosnt have to be longer just a second pic from any angle for me to take an screenshoot? I would really thank you if you can do that little show, specially if its the Ninja Ermac skin , if its on the game, if not any other will work for me thanks man anyways I already sub
If you go on Mortal Kombat Warehouse dot com, you can see there are gear pieces already in the game that aren't unlockable yet. He has one that switches him to having basically a normal white dude haircut, almost like Johnny Cage's hair except dark brown.
@@TheRealTact nah it was nowhere near as bad. We at least could play character towers and earn a handful of cosmetics for them. This game you can barely earn shit. I felt pretty insulted after completing a character tower for my main and not even getting an alternate skin for them, that was a thing since MK9. What makes MK1 feel worse is that there is a handful amount of cosmetics in the game but you can’t view them or see their unlock requirements. It’s sad clicking on your favourite character and seeing absolutely no cosmetics for them. I’m pretty sure it’s because NRS doesn’t want to reveal just how much cosmetics they’re gonna have behind microtransactions. Now I do understand that in time we’ll be able to accumulate quite a few cosmetics from Invasions, but the lack of a Krypt and character towers leaves the game feeling quite empty on the side of personalization.
@@tristanlambert658 no it was was definitely this bad at mk11 launch, you can earn cosmetics for characters by getting their mastery up easily through invasions mode.
@@TheRealTact not even there's like half the customization. there's only accessorie and skin. there used to be three character specific changable items and skins. Noone had the same looking character, now everyone will.
