Arctic Sub-Zero's timeline - Under coercion or the promise of power, the Kombatants have joined Sub-Zero's ever-growing Lin Kuei army. Klone 141819's timeline - Using the late Shang Tsung's magic, Mileena created a clone army using her own genes and that of the Kombatants she has killed. Dark Raiden's timeline - The Kombatants are Raiden's enforcers for protecting the Earthrealms of all timelines, whether said protection is wanted or not. SInister Syzoth's timeline - Zaterrans have murdered and replaced the Kombatants but retain all the abilities of the originals. Deadly Sorcerer's timeline - Their souls stolen and consumed by Shang Tsung, the Kombatants are soulless undead husks compelled to obey the evil sorcerer forever. The Dark Dragon's timeline - The Kombatants have been converted into lifeless constructs (similar to Geras) as a consequence of Liu Kang's pursuit of "divine perfection".
