There is an unmasked variant and if your referring to the hood there is not only dimitri Vegas but a summary of unhooded variants and if you don’t want to get the normal unmasked mask variant an unmasked mask variant was made for dimitri Vegas and works on everyone else

I'd love an MK Gold inspired outfit for Mileena and the Flesh Pits outfit. (I think the Flesh Pits outfit can be her primary outfit while unmasked and all white.
It's a shame how much of a missed opportunity MK11 is... You had so many games to inspire the custom gear and all you get is like 4 outfits per character with multiple color variations. You could have had MK1, MK3, MK4, MKDA, MKD, MKA, DCvMK, MK9, and MKX Subzero plus added all the gear and still made about 20 new styles and used the exact same amount of costume combos as we got with "Grey" and "White" versions of the boring costumes we got in MK11. What was Netherrealm thinking? Even when they did release exclusive MK9 and MKD versions of Subzero, Scorpion, and Frost they made them pre-orders and then never released them again.... The one cool thing they actually did right and they made it hard to get. Idiots.. Think of the costume variations we could have gotten for Reptile alone over the years. Instead, they didn't even give us Reptile. 🤦🏼♂️
Let's hope MK1 has many unique skins and not a lot of color pallettes for each character, i mean who tf is gonna choose a red sub zero skin or a purple Scorpion one?

I like Kitana from the 90s movie as well as from the 9th and 11th games. Earlier she looked like she was either Latina or some light-skinned Arabian girl, and then they turned her into a Chinese looking girl. While she's attractive either way, I can't help but question why they felt the need to change her ethnicity over and over again. Did they feel like they lacked in Asian female characters?
I never understood why they couldn't just keep the consistency. Raiden's MK2 Skin has been the same in MK9 qith the white and blue, but in MK it's completely white? Then in MK11 he's wearing something entirely new. As is Scorpion, Jade, Kitana, Kung Lao.... GUYS, IF YOU WANT ME TO BELIEVE THESE GUYS ARE FROM THE SAME TIME ZONE AS MK9 THEN MAKE THEM HAVE THE SAME FUCKING CLOTHES ON.
You must blind if you seriously think Scorpion doesn’t have skins that give him the white eyes look or alternate outfits where he has a different hood on.
he's not a demon, he's a spectre perhaps a ghost triggered by rage and revenge it is implied on the comic by netherrealm that he got rid of his rage by defeating the rage induced embodiment of himself which makes him human, and again he is not a demon, he is a spectre
If you actually follow the story then you would know that by now he was restored and free from Quan Chi's control but still retains his specter powers when he used to be undead.
